No hassle car service. Booked online for my logbook service. Did everything required and also did my wheel alignment. Happy they provided the result of my wheel alignment. Has been using MyCar since I got my car.

Quote was very overpriced
Car was booked in for logbook service .
I also asked if front brake pads could be replaced . They rang and quoted me $907 for just the front . I enquired further and they said because I have a rare disc size . This is not the case . I have a Hyundai i30 very common . Same MyCar auto in different location said it was $500 . Other local auto shops also agreed . Brake pads only would be $229 for front . They tried to hustle me . So won’t be returning .

Happy with the whole process- It was efficient and reasonably well…
It was efficient and reasonably well organised. The lovely man rang to let me know that further work was needed and how much it would cost, and I still got my car back at the appointed time. The price I think was fair. Very professional and friendly people.
Great experience. Will be back when I need to.

Essential Service Plus and Rego check carried out efficiently. Notified and advised of problems which need to be fixed soon. Car needed a new set of Wiper Blades which was delivered quickly. My car was a pleasure to drive instantly. A happy customer over the years.
