Have used Mount Waverley service for a few year and actually drove up from Frankston for this service. Eric and the team are always helpful and look after me and my car.

I did not have to wait long for the service to be done, very professional, car is running really well after a service and wheel alignment. I appreciate the quality of work and the communication.

I brought my car in because my coolant was leaking and had run out, despite the entire coolant thermostat housing being replaced only 4 or so months ago. I brought it back in again about 2 months ago because it was still leaking and they said they did a pressure test and it was all fine, but they topped. Most recently I brought the car in because the coolant was GONE and they checked it and did a service, turns out there was also a leak with my oil which was causing the excessive coolant use - which they didn’t bother to check when I last said there was still a problem. Then when I get the car back I noticed a DENT in the side of my driver side door the size of my hand that was not there when I dropped it off. The employee said there was nothing they could do because it didn’t happen in the shop, it must’ve happened while they parked it in the public parking area after they were done with it. I leave my car in the care of these people and I expect it to not come back damaged - if they cannot park the finished cars securely somewhere where they won’t get damaged while in their care then they should not be working on cars in my opinion. They also quoted replacing my oil part $2000-3000 which is absolutely ridiculous and will be getting a second opinion.

My on line booking did not appear when I rocked up but Rick was still able to fit my car in for the service that day even though he was 2 staff down. Very helpful online booking no great.

Quote given was the price charged. Rick advised if anything major was detected he would ring. Thankfully no phone call! Service was completed in time frame given by Rick. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending Mount Waverley Mycar to anyone.

They kmew my situation was urgent, they were fully booked, but within a couple of hours had a possible diagnosis. They squeezed me in to fix my car. I am very appreciative and they were friendly and honest. A big thankyou.

Average experience, nothing particularly great about the service but nothing overly poor, just ended up paying more than I was quoted and it didn’t get explained to me very well.
