All happened without fuss car was ready about ten minutes later than first advised well done considering extra unplanned work was involved.

Booked in car for Thursday, wrong car part was delivered so was asked if I could leave car overnight while part reordered (told I would get a small discount when I said I could do that). Picked up car following day told price was already the lowest so no extra discount also told it needed another part fixed that would cost an extra $900 and need booking in again? Looked up part online - it costs $75 so why didnt they fit while already taken apart and save me more labour costs? Seems like a bit of a money grab from them not genuine service! Its my daughters car so taking advantage of a young girl is not great! Will not use this company anymore

Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient.

When I picked up my car the front passenger seat was folded down like a bed, the log book pouch was laying on the floor and now I can’t close the glove box properly.
I should have shown the guy behind the counter but I was in a hurry to attend another appointment.
This is the first time I have used My car and maybe the last.

It was such a huge relief- not only would my relatively new tyre be repaired, but replaced if necessary because of The Tyre Plan. And it WAS replaced and fitted. Instead of stress I felt relief for a change. Thank you so very much.

Good tyres but seems not detailed car service compared to 4S shop.

Right from booking an appointment to getting my car out the gate, it was a super smooth experience. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The workshop is modern and clean.

Excellent customer service and very prompt

I’ve been served by Matthew multiple times I’ve attended MyCar at Narellan and he is kind, friendly and has attention to customer service detail. This week my tyre blew out on the motorway through a roadworks zone, I likely ran over some debris unknowingly. The tyres were new, approx 5000km on them. Matthew fitted me in for a replacement on a busy Saturday and then when I was leaving told me about the replacement tyre policy and I didn’t have to pay! Such welcome news after my mishap.

My car at Narellan were great. They let you know if they are going to need to do anything extra and how much it will cost.

The staff were very friendly and professional
