The car was returned on time
The car was returned on time. I was charged nearly 800, and generally I only got charged around $400 in the past 5 years. There wasn't a proper explanation when asked but was told that it was a big service.I believe the wipers need to be replaced as it the make streaks in my windcreen, which I forgot to mention, and they didn't suggest it either. Previously when I received my car the windscreen and the side screens were cleaned for visibility, this time it was returned without.

4k to replace a part worth 150$?
Was quoted between 3k and 4k to fix a clock spring on the steering column. I googled the part and found it was 150$, and would take a few hours of labour to fix. I'm not sure where the more than 3k in labour costs come from. This is a blatant attempt to extort a customer who placed their trust in My Car.
