Thanks so much to the kind gentleman at the center on the afternoon of the 29/6/24. It was just before closing time when I urgently needed a tyre repair. They willingly gave me an appointment.
Not only that he was polite and friendly, gave me advice on the tyre changes but I even
got the car
collected free!
Use them and you won’t be disappointed. These guys are fantastic. They are honest, reliable, and look out for you.
Would highly recommend them.

Not finding specific location of the coolant leak

If you want to be looked after as well as your car looked after head to redbank My Car!! They are an amazing team, they know what they are doing and get the jobs done. They call to keep you up to date and text when cars are ready for collection. 100/10, seriously!

I've been going to mycar for years. They're honest and close to home

Terrible experience on website it states wheel balance for free if I purchase new tires but I was charged $89.00.

Im immigrate female, my friends called in regards to wheel balance and wheel alignment the difference? No explanation

Service is always quick. Average priced and they have little perks like roadside assistance and free break pad replacement for the life of your car ownership.

The way they look after every detail. My car hadn't been serviced in over a year, so to see how everything was explained and at a reasonable quote made me believe that their work is above par. Thank you 😊

We had a great first time here, easy to book in for our car service. Great customer service. Completed in record time & car is running like a dream.
We have been with Mycar for a few yrs, first in WA, then Town Square Redbank Plains, unfortunately we've had a few mistakes, so thought we'd try Redbank & we're really pleased with our first visit.

Needed 4 new tyres Talked to friendly and knowledgeable staff about options A couple days later dropped car off and job done within a couple of hours.Too easy. Recommend getting tyres here

These guys were super quick and more than happy to help out with my quad bike tyres and rims... Brilliant service!

Took my car I to get overheating problem looked at .
Not apparently they can not get it I to hear to move .
Nothing wrong with the gears before when I drove it there .
Now told to move it or it will be towed as they are not fixing what they broke

My tyre had a big fat nail in it, at 20 minutes before closing time, MyCar was busy, every bay had a car in it. The very kind manager pumped up all five tyres, swapped out the problem child for the spare and sent me on my way. After work the next day, without having to wait, they replaced my tyre, test drove my car and I was back on the road in no time. I could not have asked for more. Wonderful, friendly, quality service. Thank you MyCar.

Friendly, accommodating ... no surprises.

After I took my car in a said it was not start think it’s battery I was charged over $3000 a car still did not start it was the battery not great mechanics they changed coil packs etc first. There was no windscreen liquid the coolant was below low level. I would not recommend this new team or this store.
