1 year log book service- BYD
I recently submitted my BYD car for 1 year log book service at Mycar - Reservoir, Vic. I forgot to mention that the car is under the novated lease and when I asked them to receive the payment through Novated lease company - Toyota Fleet, they said that they can't do it as I have to let them know at the time of submission.
In addition to that, I asked them to mention a list of activities they have performed on the vehicle as a part of 1 year log book service to the invoice and they said that they can't add it to the invoice but they can verbally tell me that these activities they performed. It's good to have a list in the invoice for future reference.

As a 10 year plus customer of Mycar in Reservoir I can only say that I find the Management and staff are always most helpful and polite. I had my wife's Hyundia i30 serviced there today and as usual the service was first class. The manager, Serge was ill (and was away) but Lachie had everything under control. He is very knowledgable and gives great customer service. I am more than happy to recomend Mycar Reservoir.
