I received a phone call asking if I…
I received a phone call asking if I could delay my booked service by a day as they they were managing some abnormal absence. It was fine with me but I appreciated the fact they tried to make the best of a difficult situation and were plateful about it.
They let me drop the car off the evening before the re-scheduled service and it was ready on-time the next day. No issues with the car post the service.

Good experience
Experience dropping off vehicle was pleasant and was able to drop off early which was great. Guys in workshop friendly.
Lost one star as I was called at 2:40 to confirm wheel alignment could be done as I had all four tyres replaced. I booked for 3pm pick up and when I arrived at 3:10 they said the wheel alignment wasn’t done yet and could take an extra hour. The guys ended up doing it quicker than expected which was great (only ended up waiting approx 30 mins) however calling 20 mins before intended pick up time when I dropped off at 7:50am was disappointing. Could have received a call earlier to authorise this and have it done. Otherwise, a good experience overall.
