The 5 STAR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ are for the staff at the Robina Mycar..very friendly and Great Service. Will definitely return but I’ll make sure I ring direct to the business and NOT TO THE 13 13 number on the Webpage. Not as nice and a bit underhanded telling me I must pay over the phone or I will lose my 3 o’clock booking…Not true. Once I paid he could not get me off the phone quick enough.ONE ⭐️

Nick the Mgr was great. He was made aware that the servicing on my family friends car was important due to being on the road everyday transporting children and this vehicle needed to be safe and reliable.
The attention to detail and transparency on what was carried out with new parts and work completed was excellent.

First time I have given a negative review, but this was a poor experience. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time however they had no booking for me. They did however have my name and car rego even though I had never been there before. My booking was made 2 weeks prior over the phone where I gave them my name and rego, so no online process to blame. I chose this business as I am a local and prefer to give my business to locals.

The cost was excellent and within this cost they even changed the oil and filter without charging extra like other places. The time frame was awesome and both men greeted me kindly.
