Inspector went on holiday and was not available to check vehicle after minor repairs within 14 days.
I was told that I would not have to pay again
But had to repay the full amount when he returned.
No mention that he was going to be away when doing the initial inspection

Staff are brilliant

Came in a week before my appointment to see if they could get me in earlier and they did and they did such an amazing job will be going to my car Rockhampton for more of my car needs

The guys were really lovely to deal with. They advised me if a few things that needed to be fixed and the squeezed me in at short notice just before Christmas. The price I paid was great. I could not fault the service I received. Ten out of ten

Booked over the phone. They are polite and expanded everything. There was a small issue, and they phoned first before proceedings The work was completed in time. Best of all was the respect I received from the gentlemen who serviced me. I work in an area where I repair and manage boats, and I find more and more the lack of respect, so I greatly appreciate the friendly and professional service I have received

PROMPT SERVICE AND RESPONSE TO REQUESTS. FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. NOTHING WAS A PROBLEM. WOULD RECOMMEND MYCAR TO OTHERS FOR TYRES.
THEY WERE A LITTLE OUT OF THE BALL PARK WITH A QUOTATION RECEIVED FOR RADIATOR REPLACEMENT (SUPPLY & FIT) UNFORTUNATELY AS WE WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY FOR THEM TO DO THIS HAD THEY BEEN MORE COMPETITIVE ON PART PRICE COST.

Great service and excellent communications with the 2 service managers at front desk

Mycar Rockhampton was fantastic. They got my car in quickly to diagnose the problem, ordered the part and repaired it all in under a week. I got quoted less than half of what other mechanics were quoting me, which saved me over $1500. The staff were very friendly and professional and I won’t hesitate to go there again in the future.
