I was told to come and collect my car and then had to wait 40 minutes as it wasnt ready.
I asked for the brakes to be checked…. no idea if that was actually done or not.
I asked for the number plate light globe to be replaced… it wasnt.
Very little customer focus or service… but the price was good.

New Pirelli’s with great customer service.
Booked in to get 4 new tyres which I initially did online. Unfortunately I had booked tyres that did not suit my car but Kai hunted for a solution to ensure I still got Pirellis and without too much extra and rebooked installation in fir a day later even with a full calendar of other customers.

The quick response to the situation I was in at the time ( my car had broken down in the car park and he said that if I could drive it into their car park he wouldn’t order the parts as soon as possible and will get the car back on the road the next day) which he did.
