My neighbour told me my back lights weren’t working, and I had my car serviced and my backlights replaced a few weeks ago by Mycar Rowville.
I contacted Mycar and spoke to Kai, who was super helpful and asked me to bring my car anytime that suited me. I went in the next day, and he looked at the car and fixed the issues within a few minutes.

Amazing customer service, would recommend.

They fitted me in at short notice to replace 2 of my tyres. Very grateful.

I had a tyre blowout on the road and took my car to MyCar Rowville. From the moment I arrived, Kai was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get me sorted. He quickly sourced a spare tyre.
I had to pick up the replacement tyre from a location about 40 minutes away, and even though it was near the end of the day when I returned, the team got me sorted and still fitted after the end of day. That kind of generosity and service is rare these days.
Massive thanks to Kai and the whole team—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend them if you want honest, quality service.

Staff very helpful Good customer service

Went to get my tyre checked as I had a nail in it. The manager was kind enough to remove the nail check to make sure it didn’t have a hole and check every other tyre pressure.
