Not very good mechanics for older cars
Went in for a registration check on my 4wd. It is an old vehicle so I did expect some issues. I didn’t agree with the assessment for new tyres. Bridgestone who done a rotation and alignment only 2 weeks ago said they didn’t need to be replaced. At $275 a tyre it is not something you want to do to early in their life. Just seemed like a chance to upsell some of their tyres. When I received the call about the car whilst waiting, MyCar recommended about $7 thousand in repairs. But only failed it for tyres, minor oil leaks, 2 globes and tyres. It passed the brake test.
Anyway I went to another mechanic who passed the car for registration after replacing the globes and power washing the engine.
Won’t be going back to MyCar can’t say they are quality mechanics from my experience.

Very friendly and Professional staff
Very friendly staff. Did all the work professionally.
Only negative is the time taken. I think 5 hrs is a lot for service as was told at the begining but with tyre change it was OK.

Attention to detail
They spent time first checking whether tyres just need more air pressure but ended up finding a puncture which was repaired free of cost because of the care plan I had with myCar.
