I guess I shouldn't be too surprised that the Kumho 'free puncture repair' offer might have resulted in the tyre "unable to be repaired" but I was a bit surprised with the recommendation to replace all four tyres with a quote (for 3 options) ranging from $1,140 through to $1,316.

Had scheduled to bring in our car to change tyres at 10am and had been told the job should take 1.5 hours max, therefore we stayed at the area waiting. Received a call from Mycar at around 11:15am saying that the tyres have not arrive at the shop but should arrive any time by 1pm. We waited and tyres still have not arrive at 2pm.
At the end the tyres had arrived and the job had been completed at around 3:45pm.
It would had been better if the tyres are in the store before informing ok to scheduling the service.

yesterday i had my car serviced and they did a brilliant job at it, it's completely running way better now than when i got the car, i would definitely recommend MYCAR seven hills to anybody! and the customer service is spectacular

The guys are great and friendly. Fit me in right away for tyre repair.

I went for a logbook service at MyCar Tyre and Auto, but I doubt they actually carried out the required work. They were supposed to complete the manufacturer-specified checks and replacements, such as engine oil and filter changes, comprehensive fluid top-ups, brake and tyre inspections, and a battery health check. However, it seems like they only did a few of the items on the list I mentioned.
On top of that, they even recommended that I change my tyres, even though they were not worn out. I knew something was fishy, especially since they sell tyres at their shop, which made the recommendation feel more like a sales push than a genuine safety concern.
A week after the service, my battery completely died, and I had to call NRMA roadside assistance. The technician showed me that the battery cell had totally failed. It was incredibly frustrating and felt like a complete waste of my time and money getting a logbook service at that place.

The team at mycar Seven Hill were very accommodating, friendly. The manager Anthony is a very happy man and made my first experience at mycar amazing. I will be back for future services

Was great service from start to finish! Anthony was amazing at helping me out on drop off and pick up. Will definitely be making my way back for my next service or any other car issues I might come across.

Brought my car in for a safety check, was told I needed to replace what I’m assuming were the front left and right CV joints. So yes that hurt my bank account as I was not expecting it, the staff were efficient and kind about it. Thanks Anthony for squeezing me in on your busy schedule.
