The staff were friendly and the work was well done. No issues there however I booked my car in almost 1 1/2 weeks with a particular tyre. After I dropped the car off I got a call to advise my tyre choice was out of stock even though I have already paid!! So I I was asked to come back next week. Given that my current tyres were in a dangerous state I had to get them changed and had to pay an extra $30 per tyre. Not happy!!

The guys were kind and efficient and repaired my punctured tyre within a couple of hours despite it being a free job and them having a busy workload. Really appreciate it!

Great customer service and great experience

Too much upselling pressure after car is drppoed off - windscreen wipers, wheel alignment (you fitted new tyres 5k km ago), engine flush etc. Better to recommend for next service. Will consider alternatives.

Received car back from servicing with still a broken head light and car shaking whenever I start it. Was told I needed numerous of new things for the car but don’t believe that my car was actually looked into properly.

The guy behind the desk was a bit rude and didn’t seem that interested in what he was doing. I also feel completely ripped off by the quote they gave me for over $1200, so I’ll be taking it elsewhere for a second opinion.

The team were honest and reliable when I took my car to get a RWC.
I had been to another mechanic and they had told me my car needed a whole list of things fixed that was quoted very expensively. Lucky I went and got a second opinion.
Mycar came back with a small, inexpensive list.
They were very efficient in making the changes my car needed to pass the check and were able to get it all done in one day and at a reasonable price too!
Highly recommend them for all your roadworthy needs.
I will definitely be coming back.

First of allI did not have booked appointment, but early in the morning staff accepted to take my car and fix the problem.
After a couple of hours they called me to advise what haas to be done and cost
Car was ready on time and I was ready to drive my car
I trust that staff did very good job and that I can continue driving safely . If I would need any hel in the future, I will come back to your garage.

Communication is great, friendly and clean

You answered the phone! Significant compared to other branches. Then offered to book me in on the same day rather than the >2 weeks offered elsewhere.

Really easy experience and reasonably priced

Service is not that great. Initially i was booked at 11:30 and my pickup time was 2pm. So made a booking to myself for other things in between but they suddenly told me to come at 4:00pm as they are short staffed which was stressful to manage the bookings. Also the guy seemed stressful and just frowned at me a lot. But at the end got all the things fixed with good quality!
