I am writing to express my…
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of transparency and information regarding the $1,002 I was charged for replacing two oxygen sensors in my Mercedes.
Before and after the job was carried out, I asked for clarification about the work to be done and the cost, but received no clear explanation. I also felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. I was informed that new parts had been installed and that there is a two-year warranty; however, I was not provided with any documentation confirming the part numbers, source, or warranty details.
I also requested to be shown where the repairs had been carried out, but no one offered any assistance. I find it unacceptable that such an expensive repair was performed without proper disclosure of what was being replaced or why this fault — which had already been identified at the previous service — was not addressed earlier or explained as part of ongoing maintenance advice.
I therefore request that you provide:
1. Written confirmation that new genuine parts were used, including the part numbers and supplier details. I have checked indicative pricing online and found that each oxygen sensor may cost around $200, which raises concern about possible overcharging given the lack of itemised explanation.
2. A copy of the warranty documentation for the installed parts; and
3. A detailed explanation justifying the cost and the necessity of the repair at this stage.
I have been servicing my car with your workshop for some time and have generally been satisfied with the service.
However, on this occasion, I was disappointed with the level of communication and transparency. I hope this matter can be clarified promptly so that my confidence in your service can be fully restored.
Thank you.

Both the guys that helped me were so helpful and quick to help me , they refitted my tyre while I was paying the guy behind the counter,
And they were extremely polite and friendly, so I’d like to thank them as I’m not from the area ,
So thanks very much guys for your help
Very transparent process
Very transparent process, staff is polite and always explain items found and costs, no pressure placed to get all items fixed that service (unless serious safety matter). Reviews notes from my previous services, which is helpful as I’ve been taking my car to MyCar for 9 years now, across two different stores/states, and there is a lot of history about which items have been completed on the car.
Excellent experience - will come again.
It was a really good experience, all the staff were fantastic, respectful, & very clear about what needed to be fixed. The workshop was clean & well set out, the fact that cars were stored undercover inside the workshop was a real confidence booster about leaving the car overnight — and finally the workmanship was fantastic. Well done. Will come again for my regular service. Thanks to the staff, they all deserve a raise.
Fast Check-in & Turn around.
Efficient and reliable service.
Very helpful and friendly staff
very disappointing
When I collected the car, it had not been washed or vacuumed but a Tyre Shine had been applied to the tyres - it looked very odd! During the day they had called me to say they had completed an inspection of the vehicle and it required additional work - new wiper blades and a wheel alignment. I refused both as I knew but tasks had only recently been done by a different operator. When I collected the car all I was provided with was an invoice - there was no inspection report adding to my suspicion that this additional recommended work was just made up! Given you cannot actually see what they did during the service it makes you wonder! Overall very disappointed.

The radio is not working after they change the battery. Went back a week as they said but no fix. Totally wasting my time. Asked for assist to try with the method which YouTube indicator but they don't be bother to help. They don't care the client after receiving the money. Time to change a mechanic after 10 years with mycar.

Brand new tyre mounted on a bent wheel and silicone used to fix air leak.
These guys replaced my tyre and mounted a brand new tyre on a wheel that was bent. As a result they had to add silicone to stop air leaks. Unbelievable work. Never called me to advise of bent wheel, simply mounted the new tyre on it. Waste of my time.
