I thought the MyCar at St Lucia was great. I only gave it 4 out of 5 cause time will tell if it delivers but the service on the day was fantastic. Got in straight away as I had a screw in my tyre. Great customer experience
Great service and expertise by the team there. They focus on making it an easy & enjoyable customer experience. Though can be a wait to get through on phone, it's worth it as they go the extra mile to make sure you're looked after. They even topped up my engine oil for me, when my vehicle was in for tyre replacement.
