Didn’t read the extra requests I asked for when booking online, had to ask about that for them to write it down.
Every other place I’ve gone to service my car they’ve given me a run down of the service at the end, anything they found, tread etc. This didn’t happen here. Kinda bland service imo.

Presented with the challenging decision to replace a gearbox in an older car the advise provided was open, honest and straightforward. The estimates provided were realistic and covered contingency. We were kept informed throughout the process and do not have anything but positive feedback on the service received, particularly from Trevor.
