The guys were very efficient and punctual with their work and quote, no surprises and informed me what to expect on next service.

Good service and the guy managed to fix my puncture in reasonable time. Cost $10 more than my usual tyre repairer.

Great advice on tyre choice over the phone. Booking was on time, no waiting. Tyres were fitted quicker than estimated and the price was competitive.

Came in 30min early and they were very welcoming, replacing 4 wheels also took about an hour.

One thing I would have liked is that if they resetted the tyre pressure monitoring so i don't get a warning whilst driving a few days later.

Friendly service but I hate the central telephone facility. It is an annoying robot

I returned to MyCar Templestowe because I have had two out of two previous positive experiences. The staff fixed my punctured tyre and were helpful, professional and friendly. They had been understaffed due to short-term staff illness yet still managed to fit me in.
I was very impressed.
I will be going back again.

This week I had 4 new tyres put on my car. Great communication and excellent service. When my daughter dropped me off to pick up my car I mentioned to one of the guys my daughter had a nail in one of her tyres. They quickly took the tyre off and repaired it for her. Thanks so much for your kindness and service. Judy

Had a nail in my wheel. Drove in to see if tyre could be repaired/puncture and the service was effortless and excellent. Left the car there and collected it within an hour or so (Could've waited 20 minutes, but I live nearby so left vehicle there to be repaired). It's so refreshing to see that service and excellence is still alive and well in Templestowe. Thank you so much for your great work and I will be back! Highly highly recommend! Happy Customer :)

I left my car wheel on Friday when the garage was really busy with a request to fix a puncture. On returning to collect the wheel ,after fitting it to the car the young mechanic, Liam ? said there was no charge for the work !! I will certainly be supporting this business and happy to pay in future .Many Thanks. Albert

I needed a puncture repair near closing time and Sam was apologetic as he did not have what he needed for the repair but would be able to complete the work first thing the next morning. I didn’t leave my name or number or get a quote, however I did note that I would not be able to pick the wheel up until Saturday morning. When I arrived on the Saturday morning not only did Sam remember me but the tyre was repaired and ready to go. The cost of the repair was extremely reasonable as well. Thanks very much Sam. I will definitely be back
