Park your car, drop keys into office, go for a coffee and get a phone call when car is ready.

The people at Mycar were very open about my options as to the damage I had to my car. I opted to have them get the part needed and do the necessary installation. They informed me of the arrival of the needed part, and the time needed to instal. The car was ready when they informed it would be. I was very grateful for their service.

The crew at MyCar Toormina kindly patched my month old tyre on Boxing Day, they said "no charge" when I picked it up - "just leave us a review" - so I did, a kind review thanking them. Should have seen the red flag. The patch lasted just past Sydney, where I had to change back to the spare for the rest of the journey down to Melbourne. The patch had failed on a repair that had been done badly and as a result (checked by "Two Brothers Tyres" in Naroom and Donnellans on my return to Melbourne) the tyre was a write off. I have heard similar stories from friends who live in Toormina - perhaps look elsewhere.

I booked my car in at tyre and auto. Told them what was wrong and needed a new spare tyre. After doing only a rego check they said they won't work on my car and didnt bother to get get the new spare tyre. Customer service was good though.
