Easy to find tyres for my car and make an appointment. Good value for money with free installation and balancing.
The person I spoke to was very friendly. I brought the car in for a simple tyre change and they discovered a very dangerous issue involving the brake lines and fixed it for free, as well fixing the plastic inner panel rubbing on the tyre. Explained other things that needed looking at but wasn't pushy about it. Overall just a very good, quick and easy experience. Very happy I chose this shop. Will be going back here for all future jobs.

Fantastic communication by the staff at MyCar. I ordered tyres and made the appointment about a month in advance as part of a special offer but there ended up being some delay with the tyre delivery so the guys at Traralgon called me to let me know that they couldn't be sure if they would arrive for my appointment. We canceled the appointment and they then contacted me when the tyres came in and rebooked me in ASAP. I was happy with the work done and wrapped with the price and service all round. It's the second time I've taken my car here since moving to Morwell and will continue going back for future services and repairs.
