Great customer service and value
great customer service and value. Half the price i was quoted from the holden dealer for a major service.
Great customer service!
Have to admit I'm impressed
Have to admit I'm impressed, after having my car looked at by three other places, of which all of them had my car for a couple of days and were unable to find my problem with my engine light, I was recommended to see Dave at mycar, boy was I glad when he called me a couple of hours later and told me the car was ready to go and they had fixed the problem, oustanding customer service and took the time to explain to me what was wrong and how he found the problem, highly recommend the team at Mycar, I'll be back for sure.

Terrible experience
I had my car booked in for a rego check and a service. When I dropped it off I was told no one was there that could perform the rego check today. I told them head light bulb needed replacing. I left the car with them and a few hours got a text message to say the car was ready so I got a lift there to see the office locked up saying they would return at 1:30pm so I had to wait around for almost an hour to pick up my car. I left with the service done, no rego check done and the headlight not replaced. Very bad service and I won’t be back

Helpful and reasonably priced.
The staff member who assisted us was both friendly and helpful. The job was done within an hour and the price was reasonable and surprisingly cheaper then we thought.

Amazing group of guys very helpful and did a great job on my service and new tyres. Great prices will be back.
I don’t recommend to visit this center
I don’t recommend anyone to go there as I felt they are not in good customer service and car repair including the issuance of pink slip certification. They forcefully failed your car tyre to pressurize you for buying new tyre even they are near the border line 1.5mm.

Honest friendly service from Dave that inspired trust.
Dave ensured the work was done on time and had stayed back back late to finish it, as we were on a tight schedule. He took time to explain the detail of work carried out.

Awesome service …. we were in need of an urgent job and it was attended to in spite of the guys already being extremely busy. Very helpful, pleasant and got the job done. So thankful.
Over & Above
My BT-50’s warning lights were flashing in the car dash. That’s the last thing you want to see when you’re caravanning a long way from home. So we rang Mazda Wagga Wagga and was told by a snarly person in their service department that they couldn’t fit us in for 2 weeks. Bugger. Next we rang Mycar Tyre & Auto at Wagga Wagga and it was the complete opposite. They were so friendly and helpful. Even though we were still 120km away and wouldn’t arrive at their service centre until well after their closing time, they said they were happy to stay open for us. When we arrived they were again, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They used their diagnostic tools to find and fix the issues. When we went to pay, they said, “no that’s fine, no charge”. Sorry, did you just say ….. no charge? I’m sure Mazda would have charged us $500 had we waited around for two weeks to finally get in. So if you are in need of any motor vehicle servicing then look no further. These guys were simply amazing. They were honest, friendly & helpful and far exceeded my expectations. Exactly what you need from a car service centre. Mycar Tyre and Auto. 👍👍👍👍👍 Absolute Legends.

Lack of customer service staff rude
Lack of customer service staff rude, dropped car off 15mins earlier then booked in for rego check arrived at preferred pick up time 2hrs later after not receiving phone call as promised. Then to be told rego check hadn't been done by i believe was the store Manager to then find out it had been done. This will be the first and last time going there and will never recommend mycar to anyone again.
