Came in for a pink slip, guy kept my car...called me in after 5 hours, said car failed as tail light was tinted....still charged...like he could not have said BEFORE any so called test/inspection that he could/would not pass as the tail lights were tinted [ not like you can't see a tinted tail light from a car park]. Rubbish customer care tbh, took the car to a "bigger" outfit, car met all standards and passed...funnily enough the "other readings" e.g brake, acceleration tests etc were all different to Wallsend....makes me think that guy faked the readings so he could justify charging me anyways. 100%would NOT recommend MyCar Wallsend...too many horror stories heard about them after this little incident.....

I turned up as I had just run over a screw and dropped in to see if it could be patched, and despite closing very soon the staff were happy to help and had me back out of there promptly. Great service, and definitely recommend for those in the Wallsend area!

Great communication when booking it in. Had my options laid out, they knew my car history on file, communicated how long they needed it for.
Drop off was equally smooth and 90 minutes late I got a text saying it’s ready and I was on the road again.

Staff were helpful, professional and friendly. I was able to get everything I needed done efficiently and affordably.

These men didnt hesitate to assist me with my flat tyre. I thought i would have to buy a new tyre. They checked condition and puncture, and assured me that it would only need a mend. All done and balanced. And not overcharged.

All staff were polite and helpful with information on products. Quick same day 4 new tyres on my car which I was not expecting but gave me the option to wait if I wanted different tyres. All three gentleman had a happy jovial demeanor, nothing was a problem. I have been coming here for a couple of years now and do not plan on going else where. Great staff Great service deserve the 5 star rating

Well again words do not articulate how amazingly helpful on a Saturday Afternoon in much need of help at knock off time the Manager and Crew where here to help me when their work load was already full. Customer Service like this is rare in this day and age and this type of care of their customer is well worth mentioning. I would recommend Wallsend My Car to anyone needing assistance because at My Car you are important that’s for sure. Not sure if the guys names here on this Saturday but please know how grateful we are for such professional service that also has that welcoming local feel. Thank you and Blessings.

Terrible service and communication, had seen the vehicle only 3 months ago and did not advise of any upcoming registration related issues.

Service and rego done and failed it for a repair that couldn’t be done at short notice leaving me stranded without a vehicle to commute to work.

Reported dirty filters at service and didn’t offer costs or replacement, only found out at collection time.

Poor customer service, if there was a minus score that would be more appropriate.

Mick went above and beyond doing service on my car great friendly service explained everything so I could understand will definitely be back to Wallsend Mycar

At drop-off, service was a bit brusque, but the service was performed quickly and the same person at the counter in the morning was the one that I spoke to at pickup and they were friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent service. Great communication, was well informed about what was needed to be done to vehicle before they did anything. Happy with my experience with this company. Will definitely use them again.
