Failing the RWC without inspecting the car
I went for an RWC, and even before handling the car, which I was confident would pass the inspection, I was advised by the manager that they would find something to make it fail. In the end, they mentioned they had to replace 2 shock absorbers that, of course, they had in stock at a higher price than other places. I won't do anything else again with that company.

Excellent service
Great service and notified if anything else had to be completed - required a wheel alignment so went ahead and vehicle was ready for pick up quite qhickly - absolutely nothing to fault.
