Staff are friendly and efficient, good communicators.

The car was serviced well but the on line booking system lists my car as 2018 model not 2020.

The inspector made a subjective statement for an RWC, could not provide any evidence to support it or what "excessively bright" means, even with the ADR in front of him. Said you'll just have to trust me, first mistake was booking in at MyCar, second was paying before going through the Inspection. I won't darken the wangaratta doors again as the manager seems oblivioulsy incompetent. Can't even define the rule he said the light didn't comply with, even with a copy of the ADR in front of him.

My car wasn't starting properly so I booked it in to checked and have a service done. They said they couldn't find anything wrong with it but maybe I needed a new starter motor for $2000. My last starter motor only cost $480 at a different mechanics. I'm not even sure my car was serviced properly in Wangaratta because I still couldn't start it and my water and oil lights came on the next day. I think all they did was put water in my windscreen wipers.

I booked my car into another mechanics the following day and all my car needed was a new glow plug for $35.

I paid $299 for absolutely nothing- apparantley a premium car service. I explained everything to customer care and requested a refunded. They also couldn't care less. It's just a money grabbing franchise. I've been going here for years- I won't be coming back.
