Excellent service

I was heading to Melbourne when my car started making a strange noise. I pulled into the workshop and explained the problem and the urgency. He quickly prioritised my job.
He got into the car and drove just 20 metres to identify the exact cause. As the replacement part takes a couple of days to arrive, he fixed the car, and Thanks to him, we managed to get to Melbourne without any trouble. Sorry, I couldn't get his name, but his knowledge and service were excellent!

The problem that I put the car in with…

The problem that I put the car in with that needed to be fixed is still there after Mycar having my car from Friday 10th April 8.45am until Monday COB and costing me $602.75.
The issue is a significant rattle under the driver's floor when driving normally around town & not to do with acceleration or breaking.
This was the second time,I had put the car in to check this rattle: the first being early March where I was told it was the brake pads,which had become hard & shrunk & were rattling. I was told that the car was safe to drive from Canberra to Sydney & back
On our return from Sydney, the rattle had increased fivefold and so I immediately booked the car in to be looked at.
This time I was told it was the Sway Bar Link pins & that the front suspension bolts were loose, and the right front shock absorber required removal & cleaning.
The problem is that the rattle is still there, & in some circumstances (local low km streets), is much worse, and I'm a little surprised that the car wasn't driven in multiple scenarios to fully check the type & extent of the rattles.
What bothers me, is that I was told that the only option now would be to replace the shock absorbers. So,given the situation, why wasn't that done before asking me to pay $600, which was clearly a waste of my time & money?
I would be bring the car back to be fixed properly but I have concerns that this problem wasn't taken seriously in the first place, that the mechanic may not be able to fix the car, given two incorrect diagnosis,
and that it is falsely assumed that I'm happy just to keep paying out money for nothing and I'm not.
Can you please respond to me with a satisfactory proposal to fix the car properly.
In no way do I want to criticise the manager,who is a very amenable & pleasnt person.

My car tyre and auto Wanniassa…

My car tyre and auto Wanniassa were fantastic. Fixed my tyre in a timely manner. Was not to keen on using them after 2 disappointing and outrageous services to my car at the My car in Tuggeranong but will definitely be returning to the Wanniassa branch.
