My 20 year old daughter was 5 hours from home in Newcastle and got a flat tyre. Mitch at Waratah went above and beyond to fit her in within an hour and get her back on the road. Thank you Mitch!

Mycar fitted me in for an urgent repair 2 days before Christmas and fixed my car within the day. They are always helpful

Car was finished early than expected freindly staff great experience

I had to return my BA FORD to them as the air temp at the vent was not as cold as it was before the Air Conditioner service. I was told that it was operator error .. in that I'd not switched to recirculate... REALLY!! what kind of old fool did they think they were dealing with!!
They told me that 9° (fresh air) & 7° (recirculate) was the correct expected temps. This is not correct, as other professionals have stated that 4° is the expected temp at the vents on recirculate.
I have now booked my car into Freeze Equip to get fixed.
I was charged $290 for a service that left my car worse than when it went in to MyCar.
I'll never use them again... I mean how could I trust them after this!?

Booked my car for 8 o’clock with waiting for my car in November for 16 th December service get there and told won’t be done until 11 parts won’t be there until 10 what don’t you get looking elsewhere for my next service

Good customer, service efficient, friendly ,fair prices

I book my car and CARVAN in 5 all 6 week s before to get 2 new tyre s on the van and 2 get the ball bearings on the van look at ? And also get the car tyre s rotated and adjustment done wheel alignment?? And thay said yes it can be done all at 1s the van and car ? I dropped the car and van off at 8 am and thay ring me at 10am to say thay have not got time to do the car the van is done but the car thay said that thay do not have tha time to unhook the van and do the car because thay have 30 bookings to do today ? Well a car is 1 and a van is 1 soo I book in 2 ? I said you should off only book in 28 all 29 ? Thay said make another appointment ? YOU SHOULD NOT TELL PEOPLE THAT YOU CAN DO IT ALL IN 1 DAY ? IT IS XMAS I NEED IT ALL DONE ? NOT HAPPY

Got car back earlier than expected, didn’t push other repair work.
