My experience was easy!

My experience was "good". I had not turned up to two appointments so that was not great on my behalf. But the booking and bringing the car to the location was easy.

My original booking had dropped the price for me by $15 and I was very grateful for that. But I missed the appointment. When I booked again I mentioned the discount but the man I spoke to said that had expired - with no offer or effort to ask about repeating that generous offer. I was so tired I didn't bother to question it. My fault for missing the appointment I suppose!!

My mother asked today "What did they tell you about your other tyres?" And I explained I got no feedback and I wasn't expecting any. She thought that was odd and has always had advice or feedback given on her other tyres if one was being replaced. Anyway, I now suspect another one of mine has a slow leak so that's unfortunate.

So perhaps advice or observations on the other tyres could be helpful and a source of add on sales? It would have been helpful actually but I wasn't expecting it.

Overall, an easy experience and would probably go back again now I know how easy it is and very close to home.

My car seems to be operating well since…

My car seems to be operating well since the service yesterday. However I was shocked at The Quote for further works which .... to an untrained eye .... doesn't know if this is warranted or not. The car isn't worth the amount quoted.

I had to change my booking several times and was shown understanding and courtesy on each occasion. Front reception, I think his name is Aaron and couldn’t speak more about his professionalism and friendly manner. Would certainly recommend them again. Thank you. Marilyn

Found a flat tyre at 5pm and the team…

Found a flat tyre at 5pm and the team at Warwick changed out my spare for me and ordered a replacement tyre, which arrived/was fit the next morning. They even rotated the newer/better backs to the front for me for no additional cost!

Happy with service at Warwick

Happily came out to my car to see if I needed new tyres, I then made an appointment for the next day, they called to change the time of the appointment, which suited me and then they finished the job earlier than anticipated. All staff very friendly and polite

Wheel alignment

Customer for many years always changing the tyers for best price (black Friday)
However on second occasion in couple of years, after tyers changing the wheel alignment it was done partially I guess staff knowledge?
Spoke to Wayne Manager and keeps going about hitting bumps ,pot holes ets not even sory. I called other local mycare stores and told me rear wheel alignment is doable. Two cars in two years three new tyers in one year??Not good. Lodged complaint with My car.

I took my car in for a 120km service

I took my car in for a 120km service. Car had no pre-existing problems. When I picked up my car it would not start, check engine light was on and traction light was also on and unable to be turned off. It was unable to be fixed on the same day therefore had to take the following day off work to get it fixed.

Quick Replace and Rotate

I am questioning the quality of my Vikins Tyres, but the staff changed punchered one, rotated all 4 as per my care plan. I was on the road again in no time.
