I was not aware my service was going to…
I was not aware my service was going to be over $800 was not spoken to about it and it was done sneaky
And I do not understand how they can say it’s a 240km service before they see the car and then after they have done a 240km service over $800 that I did not have in my bank the put a sticker on it to come back for a service at 240 km
I will never go to any MyCar service centres again
And I don’t know who can afford on a whim an additional $400 I cried all the way home
I have had furniture for sale on market place to make ends meet and then I put my car in for what I thought would be around $300-$400 service as usual Just completely mind blowing
I have started my email to consumer affairs as I took photos on pick up of my car of the kms the service book stamp and the windscreen sticker
