Minimal concession for people travelling. Had to travel an hour to get car serviced as this is the closet. Sent email and phone call to explain situation and still had to wait 5.5 hrs.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Ask you to book online then change expected time when you arrive. I booked 10.15 till 12.00 only to be told it would not be finished till 12.30. I returned at 12.30 and was told it was not ready, I saw no one working on it. At 1 o'clock I told them I had to go to another appointment and was told they were working on it now. Finally at 1.15 I got my car. 3 hours to fit 2 tyres not a great advert for service. I will not be back
Impeccable service
The guys at MyCar werribee are fantastic. I trust then, their advice and workmanship.

Had a wheel alignment and 2 tyres…
Had a wheel alignment and 2 tyres recently changed at mycar Werribee, and was lucky to be serviced by Heath. He was fantastic—professional, honest, and super helpful. He explained everything clearly, answered any questions I had, and found a great, affordable solution that got me back on the road safely. Huge thanks to Heath and the team—first visit, but definitely not my last.
Great efficient service.
Excellent service
Keith and the team demonstrated excellent communication and provided great explanations to the issues the car had, it was a positive customer experience overall, time efficient and stress-free.
The car is noticeably running smoother also.
Dishonest and fraudulent attempt to make more money out of a general service
I took my car for a general service recently at Werribee MyCar. I received a call while my car was there, informing me that my rear brake pads were dangerously low ("less than 2mm") and that I would need them changed as soon as possible. I queried the price of having it done then, and was informed it would be just over $550. I mentioned to the person on the phone that my brake pads were checked under a year ago and were at 80%, so how could they possibly wear down that much in such a short span of time? The individual on the phone simply responded "I don't know, could be the way you drive the car."
Something felt a little off about this so I told them not to worry about changing them and that I would have a look over it myself. I took my car to an independent small business mechanic the next day to have a look. This mechanic allowed me to look and take photos of all of my brake pads, showing me that they were all "practically new" - with at least 8-9mms on the rear pads, and even more on the front pads. I cross checked by having my father (also a mechanic) take a look at the brake pads a few days later when I visited him, and he confirmed once again that they will not need to be changed anytime soon and could most likely last at least another 3 services. I asked my father and the independent mechanic I saw whether it was at all possible for the workers at MyCar to have eyeballed the pads instead of measuring them properly and mistake them for having 2mms left - they both said there is no way any reputable mechanic could make that mistake (and that if anyone is going to turn around and quote such a steep price for a job that would take an hour at best to complete, with parts that cost $150 at absolute most, they'd probably want to be actually measuring instead of eyeballing how much pad was left).
I am extremely glad that I didn't allow MyCar to change these brake pads far earlier than would have been necessary and charge me over $500 to do so (well above the $$ quoted by other mechanics). The independent mechanic I saw was amazingly helpful and did not charge me to look at my car up on the hoist, was very honest and allowed me to take pictures so that I could make a report on MyCar, and I will definitely be taking my car to him for my future services and any other vehicle needs. Naturally, MyCar Werribee did not provide any written proof that I "needed brake pads", only a phonecall, which I assume is their way of covering their own asses should anyone seek alternate proof of their claims and have the evidence needed to prove that they attempted to engage in fraudulent and dishonest behaviour to make a quick buck or meet KPI when visited by a young woman they assume naive enough to blindly accept their assessment of the vehicle. Very disappointing performance from such a large company.

Complex made simple
A complex water leak and various other needed repairs carried out. I was kept in the loop throughout, even with the challenge of parts availability due to the age of my car and the problems found. Overall the experience was exceptional and the work quality, the options put to me to along the way were considered and customer focussed. In that it was to optimise the labour spent to my benefit and not the opposite, which many other repair centres would try and take advantage of. A fully itemised detailed report at the end and my car has now had a new lease of life when a few weeks ago I was considering giving up and offloading. I recommend the team there.
Very friendly service
Very friendly service, was quick to tell me what else my car needed but doesn't push to upsale anything, will definitely be coming back for it's next service
Great Customer service
