Telephone call made as an enquiry about ready grown cat grass , really great helpful information and very knowledgeable about their products, and how to look after the grass.
I placed my order, it arrived well packaged, and I am really happy with the quality, both cats love it. I will definitely be placing regular orders.

Ordered the white bowl and ready grown grass, my Persian cat loved it and could not stop eating. Still green after 5 days and hot.

The grass arrived as promised and in good condition. I bought for my outdoor cats as all the good "eating grass" in the garden is shrivelled in the heat. I'm hoping the cats will soon realise that they can eat it.

The ordering process was simple and straightforward however, there was an issue with the delivery agent and things went awry.
On contacting the company I received a quick response and the matter was resolved very quickly. I was very impressed with the after sales and customer care of this business. They are obviously very customer and cat focused.

Ive had already grown grass, grow your own kits and seed packets from My Cat Grass. Everything has always arrived on good order and well packaged. Products are good quality and the ready grown grass in excellent condition, and lasts for 2-3 weeks on average. I do hope an alternative and cheaper postage option will be available soon for seed packs only as I don't feel the over night delivery is necessary for these.

Super fast delivery. Grass arrived well packed and looking very vibrant. Cat was very impressed and has immediately taken to nibbling bits here and there whenever he feels like it. He was really missing his access to fresh grass after spending 12 years as an outdoor cat, but recently became an indoor cat. This access to fresh healthy grass has made him very happy! So much so that he purs whilst eating. Also bought the ‘grow your own kits’. Looking forward to trying those. Thank You!

I found these guys online and liked that the grass was organic. I was a bit nervous to try them given the poor Google reviews, but as it wasn't too expensive, thought I'd take a punt.

Well, I am very satisfied indeed! Ordered the tray cat grass and the regular white tray station on the Sunday night, and as per the clear instructions on the website, as I selected overnight delivery, this would arrive on the Tuesday. And it did, punctually.

Everything in the box was as expected - and it even included a little bag of Dreamies - how cute! Unfortunately the cat grass was a little wet and some of this wetness soaked the leaflets that came in the box, so I wasn't able to read these - they just went straight in the recycling.

I ordered the extra pot of compost, as recommended on the website and set the cat grass station up. My kitten has shown great interest in it and has been nibbling at it regularly, as well as playfully swatting at the blades of grass.

Once this cat grass is all eaten / finished, I will absolutely re-order. For the cost, quality of product and good delivery, I can't really fault it.

We placed an order on 5th June and our order has still not been delivered. When we complained we were told that they were having delivery problems with Royal Mail. They promised to send a new order by first-class mail. No confirmation has been sent to us if the order has been despatched.
Third rate service. Will never buy again.

Firstly my order took a long time to arrive. Secondly I emailed last week to say that out of the two tubs that I had started to grow, one was doing brilliantly but the Catnip had almost completely failed to germinate. I requested a replacement and ... tumbleweed, silence, no response.

They don't reply to emails, and don't communicate when you order will be ready.

I expected the grow your own kits to dispatch immediately as it doesn't say anywhere that they don't. First time it didn't dispatch for 4 days. Second time it took over two weeks and I never got a reply to my emails asking to cancel my order after a week.

When I did finally receive the kits I didn't have any issues with the product, it worked well and my cat loved it, although it was easy to tip over for the cat without a pot to put it in. I’ve switched over to a catit kit now and my cat likes it just as much but more practical, cheaper and available from retailers which actually have customer service.

I’ve used My Cat Grass a number of times over the years to source high-quality, organic grass which I believe to be safe and suitable for my cat (he adores the stuff). They always dispatch quickly and deliver on time. The grass is always in wonderful condition on arrival and can last a long time with the right care. Bit pricey but worth it for the cat.

Product looks ok, have only planted it 2 days ago so nothing growing yet. Delivery took too long though, 10 days from order to receiving item is not good enough, even for 2nd class delivery.

2 weeks, no sign of my order, even though it was marked completed with 1st class post more than 10 days go. No one answers the phone and no response to my email for over a week. will be initiating a chargeback on my card if i don't receive the item or a response to my email

Amazing! My cats adore this grass!

Really good quality grass, arrives quickly and packaged well and the soil was damp.

My little rescue cat enjoys it too, so all in all, very happy.

Took a week to arrive and no reply to customer service emails. Sorry, wasnt impressed with the service, so wont be recommending or buying again.

Took a while for product to come but put it down to ordering round the Easter holidays.

However, I ordered a 2L spray bottle and they sent a 1L bottle instead with no prior warning or refund of price difference.

Following my review I received a call and they said they have been having issues with email. I hope they've fixed their email issues now. They sent a new batch of cat grass out. One of my cats showed no interest, but my other cat (it was bought for her) absolutely loves it. She took to it immediately and visits it regularly for a chew.

4 stars due to order/contact issues and I also wonder if some of the packaging could be changed to be more sustainable (the soil delivered in a plastic tub).

Wondering if it's a scam honestly. Love the idea, ordered. Delivery got stuck with DPD and never delivered. I've tried emailing, contact form and Facebook to contact the company with zero response.
