The quality of the ring is good and value for money. It is S925 silver and nicely design. Shipment is quick within the U.K. .

Just okay
Service was good - ring arrived in good time. Unfortunately it was much bulkier than it appeared in the ad and I didn't find it flattering. Also, although it had an open back, it was difficult to wear and cut into my finger. Just didn't work for me- disappointed.

Not sized like they say
I sent an email to ask if the ring I wanted would fit a size Z and I was told which rings would fit. When it arrived it wouldn't go anywhere near a fit.
In reply to your message I bought the ring that you suggested would fit as it was stated as one of the bigger rings. I was told it would definitely fit and that's the only reason I bought it. I did not return it as that would have just meant extra cost to me that wouldn't be refunded.

In response to your comments we would like to state that we did state prior to your purchase that if the ring did not fit comfortably we offer a 21 day money back guarantee. In addition we did state that we would try and open the ring to meet your requirements prior to shipping but there was still a chance the ring may be a little small, hence we recommended only our bigger rings. As stated in our email response, your original purchase was in fact a completely different ring to the one you ordered 5 months later in relation to your 1 star review. The product name, description and photo are all different from the ring you purchased originally. It was also explained to you that we no longer sell the ring you originally purchased. This was explained to you in our email but as with all our customers, if you choose to return your purchase we will always supply a returns label and refund your account in 1-3 business days which is the service we offered to you and the service you accepted.

A lovely ring, excellent quality and not in the least bit flimsy. Very sturdy and thick silver. This is the second ring I have bought from this company. I love the fact that they are adjustable as I have thick knuckles. Definitely will be buying more from their other collections.
