Top class service i recieved
I bought a neckalace for the wife but sadly it was out of stock they rang me straight away to let me know
Sent me a simular one and sent me a pair of ear rings to say sorry
Must say customer service is 2nd to none
Plus a nice note and luxory packed

what a great service dubaigems gives…

what a great service dubaigems gives from start to finish and what wonderful jewellery they have and at such affordable prices it is the first time i have used them but will now go back to buy more for the wife

I was worried about shipping date and asked the question and was almost immediately informed as ghe purchase was a gift, and delivery was as promised. The bracelet was beautiful and my friend loved it, thank you 😊 ❤️ x

The quality is of a high standard

The quality is of a high standard, and at reasonable
prices. Some of the items make you feel you are wearing mined diamond instead of created diamond.
It is very hard to tell which are mined diamonds compared to lab grown diamonds.
I have bought quite a lot of items and am very pleased with each one.

Excellent customers service and gorgeous jewellery

I've had a fantastic experience with DubaiGems. Their customer service is outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional. Delivery is always rapid, which is perfect when buying last-minute gifts. The jewellery itself is absolutely beautiful—elegant, high quality, and perfect for any occasion. DubaiGems has quickly become one of my go-to stops for gifts for family and friends, and of course, for treating myself too! Highly recommended!

Couldn’t have asked for more.

When my order came, it was the wrong earrings I had ordered.

The customer service at Dubai gems were quick to reply. Sent me my original order and informed me that I could keep the pair that were sent by mistake.

The earrings are lovely and great quality for the price! Will definitely be ordering from them again!
