This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. Bought a knife set from them and got an error message saying ''there are no available payment options for your location, please contact us to make alternative arrangements'' but they took the money from my bank. No confirmation email for my order was sent, no reply from customer service either and when I registered for an account, I was not sent an email regarding that either. I have checked my spam folder too. The bank are now investigating them to recover the money. Also, their company logo has a web address on it but it does not match the URL.
Avoid at all costs.

Craftmanship at its finest
Please be aware that although the number cannot be reached they are a legitimate business that deliver what they say.
Positives - Knives are outstanding, absolute craftmanship and look amazing, could not be happier.
Negatives - Communication through email is slow, and they need a method to contact customers.

Pointless website. Trying to block it from my search results. What is the point if a website with no prices in it. In 2022 it's pathetic.

Unfortunately, as it is mentioned on our website, we have stopped business since Janurary 2021 due to Brexit. As a French based company, we can no longer keep trading with the UK under current conditions, which is why you can't see any prices on our website.
Despite all this, our website is still online, because we hope to get back into business one day if some sort of further deal can be made between the UK and the EU.

We are very sorry to know about your disappointment regarding our customer service. We understand that you felt that our responses to your query were "rude and sarcastic," and we do sincerely apologise if they gave you that impression, but we assure you that by no means that was our intention.
Looking back at the different messages that we exchanged with you, we simply tried to explain in a respectful way how your delivery was handled. You were disappointed, because you felt that we deceived you by sending the parcel from France with Chronopost even though you had chosen DPD. We then explained to you that on our website we clearly state that all our parcels are shipped from France, and Chronopost is actually the same company as DPD, and in the end, it was well DPD who handled your parcel once in the UK.
None of what we said was meant to be sarcastic, and we after reviewing what was said, we do not find any rude words or phrases. Therefore, we regret that you feel that way about our response. Nonetheless, we understand that this is one of the disadvantages of written communication, as the tones and meanings attached to every message can be misunderstood.
Despite all this, we still sincerely thank you for your feedback, because it will allow us to review the way we communicate with our customers to improve our service and avoid similar confusions in the future.
