Disappointed
Disappointed
the website suggests this is a UK based firm ".co.uk" yet the item was sent from France, took 2 weeks to arrive. I wish to return the item as it is so much bigger than I had realised BUT it needs to be returned to an address in France at my own expense which is so much more expensive than mailing to a UK address.

Reply from MyChefKnives.co.uk
Hello,
Thank you for your review.
We are truly sorry to know that you are disappointed about your order. The reason why our website has a "co.uk" ending is because it is made for our UK customers. However, we do not hide the fact that we are a French company and that we ship all our parcels from France. This is why we do mention this in our Terms and Conditions, in our Shipping Information page, and in our Money Back Guarantee page (for the returns).
We sincerely apologise for any misunderstanding, and if you have any further inquiry, please do not hesitate to contact us directly by sending us an email to hello@mychefknives.co.uk or by giving us a call on 020 3445 5205.
Kind regards,
Team of MyChefKnives.co.uk
