I bought these for my adult son's…
I bought these for my adult son's birthday. He's a keen amateur cook and I wanted to buy him something really special. He was delighted with the knives and I was very pleased to be able to buy such a good quality set of knives at a reasonable price. Very pleased and looking to see if I can afford some for myself now!

As discussed over the phone and through email, you actually did receive the right knife that you ordered on our website. You claim to have ordered a knife from "FABERWARE", but we do not even sell any product from that brand on our website.
Perhaps, there was some sort of misunderstanding whilst placing the order, and you thought that the Pradel Excellence knife that you received was the same one as it looks similar. However, we confirm to you that the knife that you ordered is exactly the knife that you received, so no mistake was made on our side.
Given that your feedback does not represent an accurate experience of what happened with your order, we would appreciate if you modify your review to better show your true customer experience.
