First off

First off: The seller did an excellent job in preparing the order and sending it quickly. The quality is from what I've seen just fine.

BUT: I was taken aback by the fact that my order (a single piece of cloth) was delivered by FedEx. FedEx's charge for handling imports to Croatia is >30€, basically doubling the price of the order. The Croatian Postal Service does this for 2€. I would've preferred having a choice instead of having these disproportionate costs incurred.

Horrible experience.

Product fit terribly and didn't match the stock photos. Very misleading. Now in order to return it I would have to ship this huge item back overseas at a ridiculous cost, and have a restocking deducted from my refund. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

What made my experience great was that I received my package from all the way on the other side of the world. The only thing that I would do different is request a signature upon arrival delivery. other than that it was great. Keep up the good work.

Overall shopping experience.

I was somewhat skeptical because of the location, long ways away! read some reviews and did some research and was helped by what i was seeing and reading. Top notch in my opinion, communication from shipper was immediate regarding ship date, availability and product info. there was a problem with the shipper name, did not have address correct, an apple thing! i heard from the as soon as they were made aware by e-mail and i was able to get the correct info. to them and had the package the next day. already installed (E-28 headlight wiper assembly) and on the road again! would not hesitate to use them again, this is how it should be done!

Parts are of poor quality.. Customer service nonexistant

Parts are of poor quality..

I ordered the BBS RC090 17" waffle centre caps, and they are poorly built. Unsatisfied with the item, I immediately reached out via email to facilitate a return, however, my emails have gone unanswered. I speculate that they are waiting out the 15 day return period so that I won't be able to request a return.

I will have to contact my bank to reclaim my funds.
