One star is too many. If I could have left zero I would have done. I'm seriously unimpressed with the performance of MyClearAmber. I was walking round to my next door neighbour's house and found my delivery of roofing sheets and a cardboard box of fittings dumped on my front lawn. I was in all day and nobody rang my doorbell yet my next door neighbour's cctv showed the van driver stopping outside my house and then moving off and parking two houses away. He then walked back and across across my flower beds and threw my roofing materials onto the front lawn. Had my neighbour not informed me of this the delivery would have remained there and most likely been stolen overnight. This is absolutely not the way to carry on if myclearamber wants to keep customers.
I ran a transport and logistics company for 36 years until retirement and if one of my drivers had behaved like this I would have lost that customer and the driver would have been dismissed. I should have checked myclearamber's reviews before ordering which show this is par for the course for the company. Needless to say I will order elsewhere in future.

Avoid this company… delivery promised at point of order is a complete lie, (2-4 days ) they have no idea when you will receive your order! Customer service is a complete shambles, they say it will be delivered on a certain day, you wait in, it’s a no show , they then say it will arrive between 1-3 days .. who can work with that .. I cancelled order as no delivery date could be given.

Made an order on 29/04/2025.
Delivery was meant to be last week but still not delivered more than two weeks now.
Delivery is expected today . Meant to be between 11:45 - 13:45 initially but they keep on changing the time.
Very frustrating.

I was thrilled when I first discovered this company, but that excitement quickly faded. Their marketing promises top-tier service, but the reality couldn’t be further from the truth.

They provide a customer service number, but when you call, you’re stuck navigating endless automated messages only to hear, 'Sorry, we’re not taking calls right now.' The alternative? A live chat that’s utterly useless—no one ever responds, just a generic 'We’ll reply ASAP due to high demand.' At this rate, their 'high demand' won’t last long if they don’t fix these issues.

Then came my order: delayed, split into two shipments, and only half arrived. After three days of chasing updates, I was finally told the rest would be delivered. Honestly, I’d rather pay more elsewhere for reliable, honest service that actually delivers on time."
I will not be using this company ever again

We ordered 6 Corrugated Bitumen Roof sheets from Screwfix on August 12th. They arrived today at 07.30hrs, delivered by Myclearamber, extremely well packaged and in perfect condition. No complaints from us!

Ordered through trade point, was told free delivery to isle of wight, well its not, had to pay £180+ vat to get it over to the island, but worse thing it has taken over two weeks to get here (im actually still waiting for it), and it was needed for the rainy weather we've had, it will probably be here in time for the heatwave, when it's not needed.

They don't have any control over there own transport. I asked to be advised when the delivery will arrive. Only the answer was 1-2 days. I nipped out for 10mins and the delivery arrived to the wrong part of my house

Bought three bitumen roof sheets from Screwfix, myclearamber are the suppliers and were to be dispatched from these people. All three were damaged during transit. Contacted them via their chat app, to be told damaged to the edges is acceptable. Two sheets are damaged on the edges with pieces missing and a large split in one of them. The third has a hole in the middle! This is the reply... "Thank you for your message, we are sorry to see this, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, damage to the edge of the Corrapol-BT sheets is known to occur to a small percentage of orders during transit. The good news is that you can still utilise these sheets by overlapping the damaged corrugations, as per our installation guide, with no detriment to the roof structure. Obviously, this will reduce the width of each sheet and you will likely need a few replacements, for ease of calculation for each damaged corrugation you will lose approx. 95mm. Can you please confirm how many additional sheets you will need to complete the project? We appreciate that this is not ideal, however, this will allow you to commence your project whilst awaiting on the replacements"…

Told them that is not good enough, I didn't pay good, well earned money for DAMAGED goods. I had to go through Screwfix to get replacements sent!
