How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Delivery times depend on the model. In-stock sofas typically ship within 1–2 weeks. Made-to-order sofas take longer — always check the product page for the estimated delivery window. UK mainland delivery is £55, with optional assembly available at £45.
Will my sofa fit through my door?
Yes. Every Cozmo sofa arrives in boxes, so even our largest modular configurations fit through narrow doors, tight hallways and awkward stairwells. If you're unsure, send your doorway and hallway dimensions to hello@mycozmo.com and our team will confirm before you order.
How do I assemble my Cozmo?
Every Cozmo follows the same simple, no-tools assembly approach. You clip the frame together, drop the cushions in, and you're done. Assembly videos are available online, and our team is on hand by email or phone if you'd like a walk-through. If you'd rather we assembled it for you, add our £45 assembly service at checkout.
Can I order fabric swatches before I buy?
Yes. Order up to 9 free fabric swatches from mycozmo.com and they'll arrive within 2–4 days. Fabric reads differently in different light, so we always recommend checking swatches in your own space before choosing a cover.
What's your returns policy?
Full 30-day returns. If your Cozmo isn't right within 30 days of delivery, we'll arrange collection and refund you in full.
What's the frame guarantee?
The internal frame of every Cozmo is engineered to last, and we back it with a 15-year guarantee. The cushion interiors and removable jackets can also be replaced individually, so the sofa keeps going for longer.
Can I change the fabric later?

Very happy with my purchase
I bought a 1.5 seat sofa because I have cats, and I wanted to have room for some little friends to sit with me. This has been if anything too successful, they love it so much that I have to fight for a space myself! My record so far is myself with four cats, but I think we might improve on that with practice. The sofa is comfortable and practical; I love the fact that I can change the covers if we have any little accidents!
The delivery process was smooth and efficient, I was kept informed at all stages and all deadlines were kept. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Lovely sofas but get the delivery people to assemble
Really pleased with my two Cosmo sofas. Purchase and delivery very straightforward. Slightly disappointed with how difficult it was to fit the back cushions on to the sofas. Everything went together easily until the final part.It was really hard to position the material and I’m still not 100% happy with how it looks from the back. Shame really - we should have paid for the assembly but it’s all so simple up to that point. Seemed like we didn’t need to pay the extra £55 but with hindsight I would have.

I absolutely love my pillow sofa, but...
I absolutely love my pillow sofa, however the click system represents - in my view (and that of my carpenter) a massive design flaw. It is overly complicated, and there are far simpler versions available. This sofa replaces one by Snug, which was so easy, I was able to do it by myself. The Cozmo is way too heavy for that. The sofa came apart whilst the carpenter was trying to move it to fit flooring, resulting in us having to call Cozmo, who in fairness were happy to talk us through it. Unfortunately, it's just happened again, whilst I was trying to fit sliders under the legs ready for his return tomorrow and there is no way I can fix it by myself - basically, I can't sit on my sofa until it is fixed, and I am dreading having to face the carpenter tomorrow because he HATES this sofa (although complements for the look of it) Much as I love the look of it too, I wouldn't buy again, because the click system is far too fiddly for such a beast of a sofa. It shouldn't come apart simply because someone tried to gently lift it a few millimetres, and it shouldn't require two people to put it back together again.
As an edit: having looked at the video, I think all I had to do was lift the middle of the sofa a bit, which I did for the 'click'. I THINK it's back together again (I hope so), and I've managed to get sliders underneath the legs. It's undoubtedly a well made, sturdy piece of furniture, and I love the look of it. It's comfortable to sit on too, with none of the sag you get on other sofas. I just wish they'd use an easier system to fit it together!

Amazing sofa and service
Gorgeous sofa, delivered in just over 8 weeks. I booked without visiting the showroom so was a little nervous, but it's nicer than we could have imagined. Fabric feels expensive and it's very comfy. Delivery was amazing, they came in, had it all assembled in 10 minutes and took away all the packaging with them. Fantastic company!
