Great communication- delivery was seamless. I absolutely love my new sofa - with its chaise. Colour was nicer than the sample. It’s really comfortable and just looks so great in the space. Couldn’t be happier with it -considering I bought it without trying it out !

Purchased the 1.5 Seater Sofa in Dark Green Velvet. This is the second sofa I’ve purchased from Cozmo and there’s so much to love: super stylish, comfortable, easy to assemble and great value for money. We’re chuffed!

I’ve had this sofa for almost a year now. I’ve left a review already about a different issue, the smell of the cushions. This was resolved very well by being send new fillings. The customer service was good and helpful.

However, I love how this sofa looks but the cushions insides need some rethinking, I need to fluff the cushions every two days, which you can only do by taking the whole cushion off. And yes you’d need to do it to sit comfortably.

I would not buy or recommend this sofa. It looks good and I love the company but the design and quality of the cushions and the fabric needs a bit of rethinking. I love you can buy new covers, I would however also like to receive a guide as to how to gently wash your own covers.

There is also a bit of a “creek” sound (?) when you sit down. I have reensembled it and but it back together but it continues to happen.

Now, overall it’s a nice sofa, it looks lovely, it’s just quite high maintenance though and not as Comfi as I hoped. Sadly wouldn’t recommends

I found Cozmo online through targeted ads because I was hunting for a comfortable, design-focused sofa to replace an old Made.com one that had worn down with use. I nearly bought a Loaf sofa which I had been eyeing for years - only to discover it would not fit through my corridor into my lounge.

Cozmo's whole modular easily assembled sofas appealed, but I was worried they wouldn't be sturdy so I visited the London showroom to check out the 3-seaters. I ended up instead ordering a 1.5 seater Pillow Armchair because it was amazingly comfortable, as well as a Float 3 seater as I liked it best of the 3 models they had at the time.

Fast forward to delivery of the armchair, and the delivery was excellent, with the armchair assembled and all the extra boxes, etc taken away.

My sofa had some delays due to a supplier issue outside Cozmo's control but the Cozmo team reached out to let me know and to let me know they had a fantastic interim solution for me without even being asked. Both sofas are sturdy and comfortable and the quality of the materials is clear.

What made the experience great was how the sofa came in three parts and fitted easily through narrow hallway. When an issue came up was easily rectified. Great customer service and absolutley love the product.

Having been thrilled with the polite delivery and customer service - I was disappointed to find that my armchair had a broken leg where the aperture was worn. It took a bit of back and forth but eventually I was contacted by a very helpful lady from Cozmo offering either a repair or refund. Once the return was expedited the refund process was quick. Very good customer service.

The showroom staff are friendly and helpful, i’d definitely recommend a visit. The main niggle was that the sofa takes a long time to arrive and no production updates were shared during the time as promised.

That being said the delivery team were so helpful and the sofa itself is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. It was worth the wait!

Great sofas…..fabulous design. They took longer to arrive with delivery to Aberdeenshire via time in Glasgow but worth waiting for. The delivery guys were great and assembled them for me and removed all packaging. The sofas have a smaller footprint than my old sofas but the same seating area. They actually make my room look bigger! Very comfortable. Firmer than expected but that’s a good thing. I’m going to order extra jackets in a cream fleece for winter. The foam does have a strange smell but that seems to be fading or perhaps I’m just getting accustomed to it! I’m delighted with the two sofas in ecru weave.

Delivery smooth, polite and helpful. Well protected though a lot of plastic. Great product- thank you.
