Honestly wish I could give them more stars. They are amazing. I had a bit of trouble (my fault) arranging delivery of my sofa and pouffe as I am never home and they helped me to arrange and were really flexible. I also had a small issue with assembly and Cicely and Nadav are going the extra mile to help me solve it, explaining everything, from how they produce the sofa to how to properly take care of it. Honestly it’s absolutely worth it, the sofa is really high quality and the customer service is excellent (something rare these days in the UK)

We bought a sofa several months ago, and initially had a terrible experience. Instead of delivery in the promised 1-2 weeks, we heard absolutely nothing and our phone calls and emails were ignored.

Eventually Cozmo did get back to us and they rectified the situation well, letting us use a temporary sofa while ours was being made because they had lost our original order.

It obviously would have just been ideal to get what we paid for at the right time, but Cozmo did do everything they could to rectify the error. It would have been great if they had just answered our original calls/ emails.

In terms of the sofa itself, the material (blue velvet) is absolutely beautiful, and the way the sofas are put together made it possible to carry it up our tight and narrow stairs. I do worry if the back is a bit flimsy as the two halves don’t connect at the back very well.

TLDR: Poor communication and service to begin with, but the company rectified the situation well and we like the sofa.

It’s a lovely smart sofa that fits so well into the space. It definitely finishes the room off.

We chose Cosmo because of accessibility issues in our "upside down house". This furniture could literally be installed anywhere. Im delighted with the chair and the chaise that we ordered. So comfy and looks really stylish. Nice to have something that looks different to the mainstream. Cosmo were great in honouring a sale price that I missed out on slightly which I really appreciated. Online ordering was easy, we are nowhere near the show room but my daughter is only 20 minutes away and made an appointment to look on our behalf. We were kept informed of the progress along the way and delivery was within the advised timescales. We opted for assembly and the delivery guys were great, though it would have been easy to assemble yourself. Slightly concerned about cushion plumping issues reported by some customers but will see how it goes. So far, would highly recommend.

Love the easy way it fits together and the availability of extra covers etc. the sofa is comfortable we will be getting another at some point ,as well as different covers to switch around sometimes.

We took delivery of our Float sofa last week and we LOVE it so much.
The company have been so great with us from day one to delivery day.
We took the option of the delivery guys setting up the sofa and I would recommend this option so that construction is seamless and you can start sitting on your heavenly sofa straight away!
It’s so comfy and looks so amazing in our space. It has transformed it.

Before I make comments I love my sofa but couldn't score 5 exelant due to having issues with three of the legs not screwing in the base correctly the screw length was not long enough the tighten.Customer care was helpful and sent replacements ,however ,on receiving then one still didn't fit .To be honest a family member corrected this due to me being fed up.Iam disappointed with the outcome because the sofa wasn't cheap to purchase.I haven't been contacted by the company to ask if the legs are OK.

Amazing, quick delivery and communication

This is my second piece from Cozmo and I absolutely love it! Good communication, friendly delivery team, easy to assemble, and looks great

Delivery and setting up the sofa went smoothly. The delivery guys brought in to the room I wanted to place the sofa, unpacked and set up for me. They also disposed of the packaging. They were very friendly and respectful. I just wish they had puffed up the cushions a bit before setting it up. At the moment I remember the sofa in the showroom as far more comfortable. Haven't got round to pulling it apart and doing so myself.

The sofa is extra comfy very easy to put together. There were some teething issues on delivery but a superb customer service response and the quality and comfort level of the sofa mitigated these concerns.

it has now been over a year since I had my sofa. the concept is interesting, materials are of high quality but I am disappointed in the overall execution. to me it ended up being a high maintenance sofa and something that might not last well through the years. first the back cushions covers are super tight its very hard to pull them down in order to attach at the bottom (some broken nails, got them replaced once but they are still very tight). in order to plump them properly you really need to take them off and its not an easy job especially if your sofa is against the wall like mine. the velvet is hard and just squeezes the inners out of the corners leaving it just with the hard panel back. sitting cushion also open and close at the back/bottom (so the jackets can be changed) but they don't fully cover the inner at the end so with my green sofa I can see white inners coming out on the corners at the back (where sitting cushions and back panels meet creating a bit of a gap, they are not right next to each other), I close those gaps between the seats/backs with matching cushions or I might get them stitched up fully. backs are flimsy, one of them is moving a lot and creaking which I only recently got replaced but the issue persisted so now I will have another visit to replace the base bit. also feathers started to poke through on the sitting cushions as well but I guess its normal. so all in all compared to some of the sofas I had and seen which lasted years I am not seeing this happening with Cozmo. And it does look good (when plumped) and feels good but for the price it also should last long. customer service is nice and trying to help although it takes time and I do think there are design flaws that should be addressed and a proper process to deal with them.
