Overall I am happy with my experience with Cozmo. There was an issue with a delay in the shipment by a couple of weeks and then there was a fault - but they did deal with it by sending a replacement cover. There is an issue with ease of communication though - and the use of AI emails! The product itself is good.

Superb service and superior quality materials.
In fact our Cozmo 3 seater in navy velvet is so great that we are ordering a second Cozmo and this time it is going to be Pillow 2 seater.
These sofas are so comfy, roomy and yet not overly chunky as some other brands. Fabrics are great quality and feel. And the really easy install made delivery quick and painless. I was given a 2h slot to be at home so easy to plan around it.
I hugely recommend Cozmo brand and shopping experience is so easy.

Disappointed in the time taken to deliver sofas. Impossible to contact and no responses to any queries asked through their own portal.
Haven’t unpacked sofas as I now have guests in house and unable to put them in place. They are heavy so I assume good quality.
Delivery guys pleasant, helpful and delivered in a professional manner.

Fantastic experience. Our new sofa is beautiful and SO comfortable. It was ready much earlier than expected which meant that we had to change the delivery address at the last minute. This was super easy - the delivery team were very quick to respond. Highly recommend. If you can stretch to spend the money, it is so worth it.

Really liked the look of the sofa online but it just doesn’t look the same in real life unfortunately
The cushions don’t seem to sit right on the sofa, the back cushions are too tight to fit over the back base and the bottom cushions don’t line up as nice as seen on photos and I’m constantly having to redo them to fluff them up otherwise they look too slouchy but I guess that’s the type of feather used. There’s a gap in the middle of the cushion where you can see the joining of the base which just looks a bit cheap and not high quality which you would expect considering the price tag
Wouldn’t say it’s worth the money, was expecting more if I’m honest. It is comfy but not the comfiest sofa I have ever sat on can become hard if the cushions aren’t fluffed up frequently
I do like the unique design and I can’t fault the delivery

Fits great in my lounge.

We were able to pop into the showroom and the service was great. We were able to see the sofas in real life and take home fabric samples. We were actually able to get a speedier delivery as they were able to locate the sofa we wanted from a warehouse. The quality is excellent and the fact that you can change the covers and customise is what appealed to us most. Deliver also went above and beyond!

I ordered a sofa a couple of weeks ago and I expected it to take the 6-8 weeks lead time they state on the website but I was delighted to receive an email the following day informing me they already had one in stock and could be delivered the following week. I also contacted customer service a few times so far as I had questions about changing the colour and the feet on the sofa and they always got back to me promptly and with detailed responses.

Aside from this, the material itself is not the most high end I’ve seen during my sofa search; however, very good given the price and hopefully is durable enough. The reason I liked this sofa was the ability to swap out the cushions should there be damage to the fabric as well.

There were a few things I would expect to be a bit better. The design itself fit what I was looking for in terms of colour, size, and comfort, but while putting it together I noticed the velcro was a bit difficult to attach at the back of the sofa. I also didnt like the amount of plastic the sofa was wrapped in, so hopefully they look into more sustainable solutions for packaging. The delivery people were good as well.

It’s a comfortable sofa and was the only one we found with the perfect dimensions we needed for our living room. Happy with it overall, and must call out the great customer service again.

Treated myself to an armchair last year (Green Boucle) and love it! It seems sturdy and well-made, is incredibly comfy and was delivered promptly. Have just got another one cos I love it so much. Had a bit of an issue with the new one being a different green (supply problems with old fabric), but Cozmo could not have been nicer about sorting things so I have a matching pair.

It took ages for us to choose a chair for the space we needed but we kept coming back to Cozmo. We took the plunge and couldn't be happier. The chair fits the space perfectly, it looks beautiful and the quality is fantastic. We were kept informed as to the progress and it was delivered earlier than expected. Delivery company were fantastic and it was easy to put together. Would highly recommend.

Whilst it is clear on the website that orders take 10-14 weeks, it feels such a long time!
I chose a chaise sofa, in Henna cotton. We have had for about a month now.
The chaise part cover had a water stain which the company replaced promptly. It was a bit og a wriggle to take off and replace the cover, but side zips really helped. The chaise part seems to 'bottom' rather more than the normal seat. The sofa is comfy, and looks neat and warm. The seat cushions stay in place thanks to super dooper industrial strength velcro (watch you jumper when removing the cushion!)
I would recommend for comfort and appearance!

Really happy with my sofa.
If you’re thinking of getting one be prepared for the wait ( a few months) but it’s worth it.
Easy to put together, the only tricky part is getting the back cushions correctly positioned so that you can attach the Velcro.
A bit firmer than I thought it would be, but comfortable, especially to lie down on.
If you’re a cushions person ( like I am) you will probably find yourself chucking them off when you sit, as with extra cushions the sitting room is a bit diminished.
It looks wonderful even with extra throws that I have to save from dog hair.
Bought an extra set of jackets that I’ve not tried yet but the look beautiful.
I was restricted with choice of sofas due to the door position in my house and if you are in a similar situation I’d highly recommend.
If you’re not restricted but like the look I’d try and get to the showroom to sit on one first.

Top notch experience with Cozmo. From friendly and helpful service at the London showroom, to great selection of materials and colours, innovative design, and friendly delivery service. I love that the sofa can easily grow and change in the future, making it good value for money. Very comfy sofa with lots of space for everyone to cosy up yet not taking up much space in the room. Would definitely recommend!
