How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Delivery times depend on the model. In-stock sofas typically ship within 1–2 weeks. Made-to-order sofas take longer — always check the product page for the estimated delivery window. UK mainland delivery is £55, with optional assembly available at £45.
Will my sofa fit through my door?
Yes. Every Cozmo sofa arrives in boxes, so even our largest modular configurations fit through narrow doors, tight hallways and awkward stairwells. If you're unsure, send your doorway and hallway dimensions to hello@mycozmo.com and our team will confirm before you order.
How do I assemble my Cozmo?
Every Cozmo follows the same simple, no-tools assembly approach. You clip the frame together, drop the cushions in, and you're done. Assembly videos are available online, and our team is on hand by email or phone if you'd like a walk-through. If you'd rather we assembled it for you, add our £45 assembly service at checkout.
Can I order fabric swatches before I buy?
Yes. Order up to 9 free fabric swatches from mycozmo.com and they'll arrive within 2–4 days. Fabric reads differently in different light, so we always recommend checking swatches in your own space before choosing a cover.
What's your returns policy?
Full 30-day returns. If your Cozmo isn't right within 30 days of delivery, we'll arrange collection and refund you in full.
What's the frame guarantee?
The internal frame of every Cozmo is engineered to last, and we back it with a 15-year guarantee. The cushion interiors and removable jackets can also be replaced individually, so the sofa keeps going for longer.
Can I change the fabric later?

Great service
Sofa was ready within the estimated time-frame. Got a phone call to agree to delivery day - much better than the usual email and difficult-to-negotiate deliveries of other companies. The guys arrived on time, put the sofa together quickly with no fuss and took all the packaging away. And I love the sofa.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. They checked in with me to see how assembly was going and phoned me back when I got confused with my order. The sofa is sturdy, easy to put together and comfortable. Once we ordered the sofa and chair we then decided to order the pouffe as well. Still haven’t put the bed together but I’m sure that will go well.

It took longer than expected for Cozmo to manufacture but we’re very pleased with the sofa. It’s well made, easy to assemble and looks great.
Customer service is excellent and Ann was very helpful in getting everything right.

Like floating on a fleecy cloud
We bought the fleecy armchair; it looks GREAT in the living room and the cat doesn't seem interested in scratching it either.
Apart from the aesthetics, I've been very impressed with Cozmo - from the people in the showroom, Ann answering our queries before buying, the delivery (only took a week to arrive and took 5 mins to assemble) and the product itself which is súper cosy. Five stars all round, they've just made everything easy and 100% worth it.

Lovely Sofas
Lovely stylish sofas and really comfy too. They look gorgeous in our living room. We did experience an initial delay however once we got in touch with Cozmo they compensated us and offered free assembly to make up for the inconvenience. The delivery guys were also very friendly and efficient.

Lovely sofa but odd smell?
Lovely sofa, took a bit of time to get it and little update of where things are at, but perhaps I am expecting too much. The only downside is that the fabric has a particular smell (the fleece I think) that I cannot seem to get rid off - it is pretty strong and not very nice, if I’d know this I would not have bought it.
. Other than that, lovely sofa.
After this review the team called me and reassured me to look into it and offer a suitable solution. 👍👍👍👍. Fingers crossed.

Great sofa, delivery logistics need improvement
My experience was great overall but it did take a very long time to receive my delivery after cosmo informed me it was ready. I also never received the swatches I ordered. The sofa is very nice and the guys put it together for me which was also great.

Beautiful quality
Beautiful quality! I needed a comfy sofa for a fairly narrow room that we use primarily for movie-watching and gaming. The Cozmo I chose is perfect, and I love the durable, quality fabric. The delivery team (Empire) were also experts at assembling it (although it did look easy). Really pleased with my new sofa!
