Assembling the sofa was easy as we watched the video from the website. We had our sofa ready in less than 30min.

Products are premium the service is brilliant this is my 4th cosmo purchase and I cant recommend them highly enough. Can't wait to move into my first home and get the sofa assembled

Website is good, easy to use and showcases the products very well. Products look lovely, versatile, clever design, good choice of finishes. Delivery was within the predicted timeframe, and delivery staff was easy to communicate with, friendly and helpful. Our chaise is comfortable, sturdy and looks great in the room. All around a very good purchase.

Excellent customer service. Very responsive with emails and were incredibly helpful throughout our order process re delivery date adjustments and following up. The 1.5 seater cozy sofa is comfy and snug for two people if you feel like it - the two cats have approved the purchase, and so we're happy too.

I cannot rave more about the impeccable customer service and experience I’ve had with Cozmo. I have just moved into a new unfurnished rental apartment and I will talk to anyone who will listen about how much their customer service, engagement, and policies are above and beyond every other furniture brand I’ve ordered from. Delivery and returns were free, they spoke to me personally via email and phone to get the best solution for me (I have a tiny space that wasn’t quite right for the couch I’d initially ordered). They were so, so accommodating. And they partner with a delivery company Empire who I also couldn’t recommend more - 4 different delivery guys who were so courteous, helpful, and clearly had an excellent partnership with Cozmo. The delivery and communication of Cozmo was the clearest, easiest of any company I’ve ever had. This kind of high level service and quality/reliability in product is what every brand should strive for. Thank you Cozmo, Ann and team.

The after sales service has been fantastic. Although we didn’t end up keeping the sofa, the customer service and support was amazing. I would recommend and use again. Thank you to Ann who helped us with our order.

Was sent wrong arm rests for my sofa but was rectified very quickly.

Update 1 year later: My green Cozy 2 seater sofa isn’t very comfortable at all. Every day the cushions need to be plumped - feels suitable for very occasional use only.

The 8 week wait was well worth it!
I love my 5 seater and so does my dog!
I did have to email a couple of times to get an update of delivery, but someone did get back to me very quickly.

We really enjoyed our experience overall…were carefully talked through options at Coal Drop Yard and the delivery guys were very pro….and now the sofa looks great and is extremely comfortable!

The whole order to delivery process was easy and seamless end to end. The unit was produced and shipped as scheduled which perfectly worked in with the overall design plans.

Fabulous, contemporary product, great communication, smooth delivery. Chair is such a treat - absolutely love it.

Have had my sofa 3 months now so thought I’d post a review. We have the 3 seater sofa in meadow cotton.

Pros - Looks great, really comfortable, fits into an awkward space
Cons - The cushions didn’t go on easily and still don’t seem perfect (has a bit of a wonky look to it), has got a few little stains I can’t seem to get off (not washed yet though)

Overall I’m happy and looking forward to trying out a cozy fleece cover in the autumn

We LOVE our new sofa! We wanted a very comfortable sofa to fit in our small space (maximum 2m wide). It was so hard to find but Cozmo's chaise sofa was a perfect fit. Delivery was easy, assembly wasn't too bad. Sofa pieces feel heavy and solid. We are really happy with our purchase.

The sofa was delivered ahead of schedule and fits the space perfectly. Delivery was smooth, quick and the sofa was fully set up in minutes.

Already, the sofa is easy to clean, spacious and comfy - I couldn't be happier!

I recently bought a sofa from Cozmo and have had the best experience from start to end even though I was quite a difficult customer!

Firstly when I found the sofa online, I got in touch with Ann who helpfully answered all of my questions about the sofa including the changeable jackets, modularity etc. I asked if I could choose different feet to those advertised and she said that was no problem.

The sofa delivery was on time and I was told throughout at what stage my sofa was at and even better they gave me a refund for a portion of it as there was a sale just after I had bought it (incredible!). The delivery company was also excellent and they built the sofa for me - something I thought I would have to do.

The sofa arrived and oh my god it's comfortable. I had some doubts whether the back would be high enough or the cushions soft enough but it's a joy to sit in and just gets comfier every day. It also looks fantastic! The benefit of the cushion material is that the sofa always looks plump so no need to get it into shape.

Later, we decided to swap the layout around but a screw was a bit faulty. Again Ann, was incredibly helpful and asked for some photos and then did a base swap for no extra cost which arrived within 4 days.

The customer service of Cozmo is one of the best i've experienced from any company and to top it off their product is just amazing. If you're unsure of whether to go for it, don't be. You won't regret it!

Very comfortable chair for snuggling in, because of slim sides it fits smaller space well. Customer service were friendly and efficient when I changed my order. Delivery was great.
