Issue with membership fees

I had an issue with cancelling my account and questions about top up fees I had been charged. After some interaction with support team on live chat my case was escalated to manager Imani. I got a very pleasant and detailed letter which was very appreciated.
I would like to say thank you to Imani and the whole Support team. While I am still waiting for all agreements are in place.

This site has hidden T&C - BE AWARE

This is a very disappointing site, STAY AWAY. I did speak to Charlie who was no helpful and very disconnected was told that I cannot be refunded. I was then ‘suddenly’ was transferred to Liam who was very helpful and understanding. If you do happen to fall into this site. Speak to Liam.
