CWY did not complete ticketing for flight booking with no explanation, and when "resolving" the issue booked window seats in both directions despite stated requirement for aisle seats. Terrible experience...never again.

Absolute inefficiency

I wonder how United Nations (UN) agencies work with this company to get the travel arrangements. They are absolutely incapable to assist in getting simple flight tickets quotations. They would not read your instructions, they would delay processing tickets, they would not give you better priced flights. In Every single way this company is completely disgraceful. Either you must avoid this company or take the burden of suffering from their incompetent services.

Everything about this company is shady

Everything about this company is shady. First, I should be getting a discount when staying at the chosen hotel, while being treated for terminal cancer. All the websites charge almost half the price per night. Also, they did not use the name from my passport, which always presents problems. They charged my insurance company double the price for our air flight. This is unconscionable that a company would profit from people being treated for cancer. I will be going to the press on this one!

Everything works really bad

Everything works super bad. From booking (you need to find your own trip ahead of the booking to receive a decent route suggestion). A ticket booked through CWT always seems to make troubles when you try to check in. Their own app is useless

Used them for booking…High priced low life greedy for shit company!

Used them for many years for booking corporate business trips only because they were a legacy approved vendor. We were promised discount premier rates for being loyal customers. Then tried to book a trip for me and my dying wife's last trip together... we were completely ghosted for about a month then...after relentless pestering them...we got two-step run around. I can only guess not lucrative enough. Completely heartless. I can only assume, they only want the easy low cost extremely lucrative corporate business. and they put that burden of planning on the customer. Better to go with a low-priced company like Expedia or even AAA. At least they will make accommodations for the wheelchair bound dying handicap and the grieving family that accompanies them. What a piece of shit heartless company!

Booked through CWT from our company…

Booked through CWT from our company intranet.. booking is smooth and easy not until you try to check in and flight confirmation is incorrect. Specifically picked an airline for my frequent traveler program has free baggage, CWT ended up booking me on another airlines and I need to pay for my baggage. Worst thing? Customer service is worst, unwilling to help and just pointed me to call airline. Turned out my confirmation number is WRONG!!! Who would do that??? This is not the first time this happened to me. If I can give worst that 1, I would.

Unfortunately my employer switched travel agency to this awful disaster. Web site seldom work, terrible UX, confusing and horrible and expensive customer service. As an example. You can view your iternary in three places on web site but the actual option does not show transfers.

How they can be in business is a wonder

Simple things take hours

Simple things take hours. Wasted an entire morning trying to book a hotel.

Chat service is one reply every 10 minutes. Phone hold time is at 1 hour and counting. Don't ever use them.

Avoid work with CWT, RUN AWAY!

I honestly don’t know where to begin with how awful my experience with CWT Travel Agency has been. It’s honestly been a nightmare from start to finish, and it all comes down to their absolutely atrocious customer support.

First off, the lack of communication is next-level frustrating. I’ve been trying to get answers on several issues related to my bookings, but every time I reach out, I either get no response or a completely irrelevant reply. It's like they don't even read your email or message. I’ve had to follow up multiple times, and I still haven’t received any resolution.

On top of that, the fact that they have customer service teams based in India really doesn’t help matters. I understand outsourcing, but the language barriers and time zone differences make it nearly impossible to get anything done. I’ve had to wait days for replies, and when I finally do hear back, I’m usually talking to someone who barely understands the issue, resulting in more confusion and wasted time.

It’s just incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to book travel and deal with a company that doesn’t seem to care or prioritize your concerns. I would NEVER recommend CWT to anyone. Stay far, far away unless you want to experience endless frustration and stress.

Rating: 1/5 – One star because that’s the lowest I can give.

I thought I'd escaped CWT but.....

When moving to Denmark and changing job, I thought one of the benefits would be that I might NEVER have to use CWT again. But alas, it was not to be, since my new employer uses them as well. Now I have to battle with the utterly appalling user platform, over-priced options and negative customer service. WHY DOES THIS COMPANY EXIST?

The score says it all

Well seeing their score in here says already about my experience. Their counterpart in the Ph are fine but some other agency in the same country is saying they are partners with them? Not sure. Anyhow, service is not up to par and not very responsive.

There should be an option for ZERO STARS

This is by far the WORST Corporate experience i've ever had. CWT does not sync with concur even jumping through hoops to save changes in profile and exit and log back in.

Dont get me started with the booking and cancelation options and the lack of online self booking and changes in travel. Someone please do something about this ENTERPRISE application that needs some serious overhaul and QA/DEV testing.

Ive spent 20 plus years travelling for work. And if you're looking for a platform for your company. DO NOT CHOOSE CONCUR Or CWT. You employees will waste more time trying to book travel and submit expenses than actually doing work and business travel.

Terrible service with no solution…

Terrible service with no solution provided - the agent very soon started to have an agressive attitude when I pointed that out.
Refused to take responsability or even to apologize when it's the basics for a customer service center.

When I asked for the person I was talking to name then (s)he started panicking and refused to answer; what's more threatened me on top saying I was aggressive (for asking a name? you know mine I'm entitled to know yours too) and had already reported me.

Not recommended!

Booking Agent or Just a Click-and-Pray Service?

Very slow responses (more than an hour), completely inefficient in handling bookings. I ended up having to suggest everything—isn’t that their job? Despite having clearly listed preferences and profiles for everyone, they couldn’t come up with a single suitable option on their own. Not once did they get it right.

Everything comes with a charge—nothing seems to be included in their "service." The system doesn’t work, and to top it off, even calling them incurs a fee.

At this point, are they a booking agent or just someone clicking around on websites hoping for the best?

Terrible Experience – Useless Service and Higher Costs

Terrible Experience – Useless Service and Higher Costs

CWT is absolutely useless. There is no real customer service – you can’t even make simple flight changes directly. Everything has to go through them, and when you try to contact them, there’s no response. It’s frustrating and inefficient.

The prices are higher compared to booking directly, and there’s zero added value. I honestly don’t understand why some organizations require their staff to use this agency. As others have said, it’s a complete waste of tax money.

Avoid if you have the choice!

Absolutely TERRIBLE!

Wow, if I could give them negative stars I would! Dealing with Gate36, an offshoot of CWT, I was hit with an undisclosed $77 to change a flight on top of the Air NZ change fee (which I accept) they never mentioned this $77 cost, as it is their policy "not to disclose fees with clients"!!! Utterly ridiculous - what company doesn't disclose their fees!!!! Especially since this, being afterhours, I had to chase THEM up after no activity! Will never recommended anyone to use CWT / Gate36, especially in a corporate capacity.
