Why any professional company would force their employees to use CWT is bewildering.

If only Im allowed to book my work flights on my own, I would gladly do it myself and save myself the extra stress and unnecessary cost.
One time, when I was requesting to rebook my flight, CWT is charging me extra since according to them, it would take a day to process/rebook the ticket. I refused and called the airline and rebooked it for free in under 10mins.
Another instance was when they double charged my cc. I reported it to CWT, they acknowledged the error, unfortunately, its been two (2) mos. with no reversal.

i really don't understand the value here. It costs more, takes much more time, and is unreliable. I can book on skyscanner within 45seconds. CWT takes me all day, and i still don't know if its done properly or not.

Extortionate upgrade costs quoted by CWT
Im forced to book travel through the company agent (CWT) Having booked an airfare with them which I'd like to personally upgrade out of my own pocket their quoted prices for said upgrade were over £2000 verses BA who were offering me the upgrade for £590. BA cannot upgrade a ticket booked by an Agent so Im screwed. I called the agent back to query why their price was so high and was told 'thats our price, take it or leave it'

The worst travel agency you can imagine. Negligent, uncaring, untrustworthy agency. The travel agent Robert smith is horrible, and rude and should not be in a customer facing role. He booked flights and hotel for me without putting any effort to find 3 options which is not hard to do. I was unable to go on this business trip and he called back to follow up and mentioned that I did not call them to let them know which is completely wrong. Shows there is no communication amongst their team and there is very bad management. I now have a debt of £700 for a trip that I did not go on because they did not cancel the trip and now I will probably be charged an extra fee for delayed payment to my amex. Thank you CWT for making my life a pain and giving me a headache.
Worst call center ever
The online site doesn't allow to change flights nor the airline is able to do it. The call center is terrible nobody answers the phone. I called to change a flight and after several hours waiting I just gave up an bought another ticket directly from the airline

By far the worst travel agent…
By far the worst travel agent experience. I've had hold times upwards of 2.5 hours. Once they answer the phone, it takes forever just to look up my existing reservation, let alone book another flight. The chat feature is just as slow, once taking over 4 hours to complete a reservation. This is a huge downgrade from Global Business Travel by American Express. It's clear this outfit is low cost. Customer service is no good.

In my 20 years of business travel I can honestly say that I have never the experienced levels of pure incompetence and zero service that CWT can deliver. If you are in charge of selecting a travel management company for your business….. for god’s sake steer clear of these cowboys.
Worst travel agency I have ever experienced
Because they didn’t write up the luggage you’re allowed to bring in your flights directly on their internal systems pages, I decided to call up the airlines (3 days before departure) just to learn 3/4 of our connections had been cancelled for 2 months. We managed to rebook and had to rearrange all of our plans accordingly, with great inconvenience and delays in terms of our corporate assignments. Then the luggage they claimed we had throughout the travels was untrue, only the SAS flight had check-in luggage. Fortunately we didn’t believe the emails we received from CWT’s customer service, so we called up UNITED before our travels and confirmed our fears - we are NOT allowed to bring the cabin luggage (only 1 personal item), so fortunately we didn’t bring the bags CWT promised us to have fixed us up with - had we done so we would have to abandon our personal belongings midway. Now I’m writing from the airport on my return flight. The plane has been delayed by 10 hrs, so so cannot make my connecting flight, but as CWT buys the individual travel separately to make up the travel, UNITED simply transferred our tickets onto a flight that would make us miss our connecting flight and be stuck more than 24 hrs midway. Solution? Picked up my private credit card to get me on a plane such that I can make my connecting flight, get back to Copenhagen, and give CWT the finger - I cannot imagine how a travel agency can mess a single round trip up this much, but I would never recommend anyone to ever use this company! You also don’t save anything from using them relative to bypassing them anyway…

Disclaimer: I am writing this review in personal capacity.
I have had used services from multiple travel companies in past 20 year. Some were great , some were avg and some bad.
If I talk about myCWT. They are No 1 based on my experience. But wait not from the top, No1 from bottom.
In my life time I have not seen the worst company than the my CWT and there are multiple reasons to say that I will list them here.
If you are or your employer are thinking to use my CWT services. You are buying frustrating/annoyance/disturbed sleep/ disturbed mood for your self. All the best.
My experience with them had been horrible.
They are not at all accountable. Their SLA withs suppose to be 4 hrs but they dont respond in 40 hrs also.
Monday 2 AM I sent an email and shared the exact flight details XYZ flight at 10 AM need to be booked for me. ABC hotel need to be booked for and these are the check-in check out dates.
I expected response in Monday first half (Fair expectation? based on 4 hrs SLA) . I did not get any response by Monday noon. I called them up at 3:30 PM and told hey all details there in my email and you only need to spend just 10-15 minutes and fisnish my booking. The person on other side that it will be done in few hours and I can expect the booking confirmation by end of the day.
Tuesday , Wednesday, Thursday went by and nothing happened. I sent many emails marked high priority but they dont give a damn.
What I know I am not alone who had this experience several people whom I know have had the similar or worst experience, if you are one of those, who had similar experience, I will highly encourage you to write your experience here.

Wow!!
Wow!!! Quite the experience. Traveled from Des Moines, Iowa to Orenburg, Russia and back. Took a suit case to Russia no problem. When I left Russia they said I wasn't allowed a suitcase. This was at 4am at the Orenburg airport where no one spoke English. Had to go back out and pay for baggage and then go all the way back through security again to board the plane. Coming back flight was cancelled going from Chicago to Des Moines, rescheduled me for another flight and guess what I had to pay for the bag again. Why was the suitcase included on some tickets and not all???
