Very pleased with the cladding stones and coping stones I received. They are very high quality. The owner was extremely helpful and was able to advise on the products I needed at the last minute after the order had been placed. Everything arrived in perfect condition and on the date I was advised. Totally recommend this company.

Would highly recommend both the company and the tiles. Excellent communication , quick delivery and love the product, they are so easy to work with (no specialist tools required) and really look fab once done.

After a long dispute with this company. PayPal have refunded me the full amount what this company stole.

When my stone arrived it wasn’t real like the pictures. Just a printed concrete spray paint version.

They didnt want to pay for return under their terms and conditions so I had to pay. They had taken £156 for return delivery from the full price. I phoned the return company to find out it was only £70 something pound. This company refused to show me proof and blamed my phone for the different quality images.

Overall this Polish Pewel owner has cheap stone imported from Poland, has different names and things going on so he won’t get caught out.

This person as a scammer.

My advise to those is don’t buy and if you do and it’s not like the pictures, under act of sales goods act 2015 you can get your full money back as long as you purchase through PayPal or a credit card.

If you are returning goods and they have deducted it off your purchase bill, ask for a receipt from the company that returned it. UKpallets returned mine.

First class service this is my second order from my decorative stone I can’t fault the company or their products the Rolls Royce for stone and stone cladding

The three samples I ordered arrived in crumbs despite the cling film attempting to hold them together. Definitely won't be putting them on my walls...the first football and the concrete stone might disintegrate. Sorry

I have yet to buy the product but the initial conversation with Paul was very good. He comes across as friendly and professional, doesn't rush you and answers all your questions. Well done Paul.

Samples arrived within a week which was fine. One was broken, but luckily didn’t match so not a problem.
Names written in wrappers not samples, so my top tip is copy from wrappers asap before they become a blur.

Excellent product, service and help. Samples and main order all arrived on time, help and advice on the phone, they even took the time to photograph the different stone colours I had chosen and sent them to me so that I could choose the final colour. Finished job looks amazing. Would use again.

A previous property owner had installed a patio door to replace a conventional window. This had a narrower opening and whoever did the work filled the space with block work and some unsightly shelving. Having seen feature tiling on some local houses I decided to investigate this to cover the block work. I came across My Decorative Stone online who had a wide range of products and decided that Granada Mocca would suit my needs.

I am a DIYer and had some experience with internal wall tiles and thought that I would be able to tackle the job. With a bit of planning I can say that this proved to be the case. I understand that most customers would be professionals and would not need detailed instructions or help, but for the DIY community I think it would be helpful if My Decorative Stone provided some advice on using their products.

I found the tiles well made and easy to apply although it was worth taking time and as a result I took the advice of a previous reviewer and mixed smaller amounts of cement (2.5kg to 500ml of water will do approx 5 to 6 tiles, depending on size). Cutting the tiles was also not difficult, I have a Rawplug tile cutter which should only cut tiles up to 20mm and as my tiles were almost double this I had to flip the tile over to complete the cut but did this without any problems.

The end result is excellent and the tiles look great having vastly improved our house. I am happy to recommend My Decorative Stone and they do say they will answer any questions but I do think a buying guide of some kind would be useful.

Provided product in perfect condition. Price one of the few things which has not increased lately either! Would be 5 stars but delivery arrangement could improve, with no time indication other than whole day, no phone advisory from driver, and no easy way to help advance facilitate a smooth roadside delivery. The driver was fine, btw! Just a system improvement which could be made which would assist the supplier and customer in my view.
