Very disappointed with the quality of the samples
"I ordered five samples, and they all look really cheap and fake, They are not stone, as they falsely claim, but instead just thin concrete type slips that appear to be moulded and then sprayed painted to look like stone. They do not look remotely look like the colours depicted on the web site images. I definitely would not recommend at any price, and i will be checking Trust Pilot more closely in the future before ordering samples."

We understand that you have received the samples and that you clearly don't like them. We offer this service for customers to be able to see and feel our products, which you can review prior to placing an order.
You've mentioned, in your review, that you're regretting not reading Trustpilot reviews prior ordering.
We must say we DO NOT falsely claim to sell natural stone. In addition, we haven't had any issues with other customers over the past years regarding this issue.
We sell engineered stone which is clearly stated and written on every page of our online shop. Not that they are natural stone.
Next time please read the product description.
As to the quality of the materials we pride ourselves for having the highest quality of engineered stone across the UK at reasonable prices.
