Poor quality Stone cladding
Stone cladding does not look like it does on the website. Emailed to express my concerns. Did not even get a response. Avoid there are better products out there.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with service received however we would like to state, that we have responded to your last email on 28.10.2022 so, a just few hours after receiving a message from yourself. You've said that you received your order on time and tiles received has been installed - fixed to the wall. At the same time, you have also stated that you are not happy with colour. Unfortunately, at this stage we cannot offer you goods return. On top of that, until now, we do not hear back from you either.

Gypsum fake stone
I have purchased gypsum fake stones. Quick delivery in within 3 days, good quality materials and fair price.
only downpoint is that they charge £40 delivery for any item. I can understand for large deliveries but even if you need a 1L bootle sealeant they still charge £40 for delivery.

Regarding your comment about postage cost we would like to inform that the postage charges for small items are a lot cheaper. Higer rates you've mentioned and for palletised goods and unfortunately out of our control as we are using third party hauliers.

We looked online for stone cladding for…
We looked online for stone cladding for our house. Your site came up and we had a look. Choose ones which we think we may use. Two light and two dark versions. We thought the lighter ones would be better. Until they arrived. The darker ones we think will be better. So difficult to see the colours online. The delivery was very quick and the guy who delivered the pacers was lovely, professional and pleasant.
