At first I was very excited and impressed with how MyDesigns worked... until I realized that it doesn't directly create a copy of your product on Printify. In other words, if you upload a design to MyDesigns, you're stuck with them forever. I know that's their business model, but honestly, it's rubbish.

I like the platform overall, and customer service is decent.

However, I can't give them a 5-star review until they have a better out of stock system. Several times customers were able to order out of stock items from my shop. Since they do work with several print partners, you can SOMETIMES choose another one that has that item in stock. This is their MAIN process for handling out of stock items. Not good enough.

If they CAN detect something is out of stock in their system, I'm not sure why they can't update that status in my shop. It seems a logical thing to do, right?

But wait there's more!

I ran into another out of stock situation that is unique as well. Even though the order looked like it was in process within MyDesigns, it wasn't being fulfilled. 7 days after the order was in process, I reached out to customer service to see why the order was taking so long to be fulfilled. A day later, customer service informed me that the print partner had the order on hold because they didn't have that product in stock. So, IOW, even their system failed to recognize that that product was out of stock at the print partner.

So now, CURRENTLY, I have a customer waiting an extra week for a product that may or may not be able to be fulfilled because MyDesigns has a very weak out of stock system in place even between them and the print partners apparently.

In my opinion, this is unacceptable. I am on the $50/month plan, and I have two shops connected to the platform. If I knew any of this ahead of time, I would have passed on MyDesigns and used another solution.

IDK what to do, as the rest of their platform is pretty solid and I'm currently too deep into their ecosystem to easily switch. But I still may have to... trashing half a year of work in the process.

I had an amazing experience with MyDesigns' support team! They went above and beyond to provide me with exactly what I needed, even though it wasn’t officially available. Their bulk mockup feature is fantastic, and the customer service is top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone in the print-on-demand space!

The quality is great, Its unexpected. Im really glad that this website was a thing cuz its really difficult to get cases for my phone. I love it!

MyDesigns.io is an incredible tool for any designer or small business owner! I love how it has sped up my design process and made my workflow so much easier. The AI-powered Vision tool is unbelievably fast and accurate when it comes to generating titles, tags, and other essential details. I've been using My Designs for a while now. I'm sorry to see the negative reviews. This company is pretty amazing! It blows me away how it gets better and better, literally by the week. With any new platform, things can sometimes be clunky, as was the case here when I first started. But when there are quirks with the system, they get on it immediately and are so receptive to comments and suggestions. I don't know of any of other platform doing what they are and streamlining the process of creating listings, mockups, etc., in bulk. It's pretty thrilling! Watch some of the new videos if you want to get excited.

Everyone doing POD should join MyDesigns. And it just keeps getting better and better.

I bought the monthly subscription to test out the website as there are no free trials.
After couple of hours of testing out the features I knew already that it would not meet my requirements and cancelled the subscription.
Luckily I also blocked them for future payments.
This month I received an email and see that they tried 3 times to charge me?! There is also no option to delete your account, cancelling your subscription apparently doesn't work.
I saw in other reviews that this also happened to other customers.
Please take care of this because this is plain theft!

This tool is amazing and is constantly being updated with new features and improvement's. Curtis and his team are very responsive if you encounter any issues or need help with using the tool. This is my goto tool for almost all of my pod needs. Keep up the great work.

I first signed up with MyDesigns way back when they were just getting started. At that time they were not what I was looking for. From that time I have been searching for that ONE company that could do what I had envisioned.
Eventually I made my way back to MD and figured I may as well see if anything had change with them and My Gosh!! Did it Ever!!

This Company is CUTTING EDGE!! They are definitely on their way to being that One Stop Shop! I am positive that in the near future I will be able to streamline all of my Stores and Shops thru them.

The Customer Service is OUTSTANDING (any one who complains that it's not, you all aren't making use of the resources out there, The Community Page, Discord... The owners and support team are always around and there to answer your question in a few hours and most of the time less than that)

They are making Weekly, if not Daily updates to make thing more streamlined and efficient. They offer things that no other POD company offers. Bulk Uploading to your platform, Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, ect. They have Canvas (graphic editor) That lets you do a heck of alot, one main thing is letting you add AI generated images directly to your design. AND a whole lot more!

They are Definitely the wave of the future! Harnessing the Technology of AI and Implementing it in a way that can up your POD Game, no matter what type of product you choose to sell.

Anyway I am Smitten with them and I am more that happy with The Team and I'm totally excited to see what the future holds!

Love love LOVE MyDesigns. Anyone who tells you it doesn't work simply doesn't know how to use it. There is a learning curve, but there are tons of YT videos that walk you through everything, STEP BY STEP. And once you do it a few times, you can almost do it with your eyes closed. I've been with MD since the beginning, and I'm now on the highest plan because it has helped my business grow just that much. Absolutely no way I'd have all the listings I have, and also my sanity, without MD. And they keep making it better and better allll the time. I recommend it to everyone I know in the business!

I started using MyDesigns months ago, and I'm incredibly impressed with the platform! This is the best Bulk Product manager for Print On Demand that I have found by far. The mockup generator and integration with Shopify and Etsy saves hours of manual work.

I started using MyDesigns just for it's bulk vectorizing and background removal capabilities. The more I used it, the more utility I discovered and now I am a Pro Subscriber. No other platform provides the automation and bulk processing and publishing, which are incredible timesavers. Contrary to some of the negative reviews, I have always had great support experiences. Understand that MyDesigns is undergoing constant development with new upgrades released at least once a week. There are still some small glitches here and there, but nothing you can't work around. Curtis and Matthew take all users' suggestions seriously and have been great at addressing any issues we've had.

This program was a game changer for my Etsy shop. The designers listen to all of the users input and update us on upcoming improvements weekly. There are new products being added consistently. The customer service is second to none with their live chat feature. Highly recommend and would give 10 stars if possible. Been a member for over 6 months and it just keeps getting better and worth every penny!

They are charging even after you cancel your subscription.
So. Most of the functionality of the software is like the kids toys. I used only the Vision AI at some point, only to realise that i have to update all my Etsy titles, tags, and descriptions, since the software was writing pure nonsense .. And then I cancel my subscription, block them in Revolut and they still are trying to charge me...
